Worst hotel
Pros:

I don't like anything in this hotel worst experience ever

Cons:

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I had booked an AC room in advance, but at check-in I was given a non-AC room instead. When I raised the issue, the staff asked me to pay an extra ₹500 per day if I wanted the AC room, even though my booking was already for an AC room.
Additionally, breakfast was included in my booking, but they only provided 1–2 very limited options, which was quite disappointing. The staff was also not supportive or cooperative at all.
The worst part was that the AC control was not accessible to us. The hotel staff had control over the AC from their side, so we had to repeatedly ask them to adjust it. Even after paying extra charges, the service and facilities were very poor.
Overall, it was a very bad and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros:

Отель расположен на главной дороге, вход оттуда. Есть лифт. Персонал помогает с багажом. Есть прачечная, правда, цены завышены. Персонал быстро реагировал на мои просьбы, прачечная, багаж, вопросы. Оставляла багаж на сутки после выезда, есть специальная комната, дают талон.

Cons:

В комнате не делают влажную уборку! После того как выехала из отеля, не смогла пользоваться прачечной.

Not recommended just a waste of money

Nothing…they alloted me some other room…

Cons:

Washrooms door knob was not completely out of order…services came after 5-6 calls…no ammenities were provided as per said or listed …they charged me 500/- per day for AC though ac was included in it

I had a really pleasant stay at the hotel. I booked and paid online through Booking.com,
Pros:

The hotel receptionist was very polite and helpful. The staff was excellent and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Whatever I requested was fulfilled promptly, and even on a simple call, they provided everything immediately. Overall, I had a very good experience.

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn’t like. Everything was great.

Good value for money for Backpacker or budget traveller
Pros:

Value for money. 5 minute walk to main railway station. Best for backpacker or budget traveller. WiFi was patchy at times but it was good and fast enough. Location was good, with a lot of rooftop restaurants around the area. I had an issue with the first room but the manager moved me to a different one and it was comfortable for me. Experience was a positive one.

Cons:

Room had no natural light through the window. Some rooms have no windows but I think this is common in hotels around this location.

Pros:

Reception guy is not professional I wanted to book 6 rooms for 4 days me and my family and we had ids in a digilocker but he deney and not allow us to stay he was very rude the guy was bit ageed not hygine also so I suggest everyone not to stay at this hotel ciz of the receptionist
