Looks much better in the pictures, the building is quite old and poorly maintained, and the bedroom very basic. For the price paid, there are much better options. It was mandatory to leave a deposit of 500 THB in cash, they didn't say it in advance and I didn't have cash when I checked in.

Pros:

I liked the Souffle in the restaurant nextdoor.

Cons:

I didnt like that they advertise a balcony but they have erected bars and locked the door so you cannot access the balcony.
It is old and run down nothing like the pictures.

Хорошо, но не мешало бы обновить ремонт.
Pros:

Все понравилось, только отель немножко уставший, картинкам можно сильно не доверять на этот ремонт прикинуть лет пять. В целом номер соответствует изображениям, есть все удобства кондиционер, фен, микроволновка, холодильник, на втором этаже бассейн и тренажерный зал но мы не пользовались. Тихий район нет шума.

Cons:

Отель удалён от городского транспорта от станции метро, если вы будете пользоваться такси то в принципе нормально.

Pros:

Good value for money. Shops and restaurants nearby. Cleaning ladies are efficient and friendly. Good size room. Easy to get a taxi to most places/nearest BTS. It was a good base to explore from. We did not spend a lot of time at the hotel - the pool looked nice but there was not much space and it didn't get any sun. My son had an ear infection otherwise we would have used it. Free washing machine and dryer if you can get your timing right.

Cons:

The one lady at reception is very unfriendly. She definitely does not understand the term 'hospitality', She did not make a good first or last impression.. She could maybe crack a smile once in a while. The rest is relative to the price you pay. No knife in the kitchen (very basic/limited - not suitable for cooking) and you cannot use the balcony, it is locked. They really should not list it as a feature at all - false advertising.

Pros:

The apartment was very large and had plenty of space.

Cons:

There is a kitchen, but you can't cook because there are no pots and pans. There's also a balcony, but you can't go out on it because the door is locked and there's a gate across it. I often woke up at night because you could hear the people in the next room very clearly through the thin wall, even though they weren't really being loud.

Preis Leistung passt überhaupt nicht zusammen.
Cons:

- die Bilder entsprachen nicht der Realität , es war sehr runtergekommen
- Fenster wurden noch nie geputzt
- Badezimmer war voll mit Kalk , bei unserem 1. Zimmer ging die Toilettenspülung nicht
- es ist nicht gestattet den Balkon zu benutzen. Die Türen werden abgesperrt und dahinter ist zusätzlich noch ein Gitter.
- man fühlt sich nicht willkommen
- sehr unfreundliches Personal, außer die Putzkräfte und die Köchin, die waren sehr freundlich.
- Haustiergebühr 500 THB pro Tier & Pro Tag.
- Pool wurde nicht gereinigt & wird nicht gepflegt.

It was a good stay in overall, room was clean, location was ok.

I liked the fitness room, the machines were loud so I didnt use them, but yoga mats were nice

Cons:

Property photos look better than the actual facility, so you go with high expectations and this creates some disappointment.

The air wasnt so fresh inside the room and the facility, better ventilation would be good.

Für Bangkok super, sauber und extrem groß
Pros:

Große Wohnung, viel Platz, gut geschnitten, sehr gute Matratzen, die Küche ist extra abgetrennt. Nichtraucherhotel. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super.

Cons:

Pool sehr kalt und nur ca. 80 cm tief (wenn wärmer gut für Kinder - für Erwachsene ???), Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein. Ist: Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Esstisch und Küchenzeile mit Kühl- und Gefrierschrank (groß).
