Pros:

New and clean with water and ice available on every floor. Nice view from the higher floors. Some tours offer pickup from this hotel. Many shops and restaurants nearby

Cons:

The air conditioning wouldn’t keep the temperature I set. I wanted 22 C for sleeping, but I had to set the thermostat down to 20.5 sometimes to prevent waking up overheated with the room temp at 23.5-24 C. This happened a few times to me in South Korea at nice hotels, so perhaps it is just an energy efficiency setting? But it was a waste of energy when the system occasionally attempted to cool the room to 20.5 C. Since it’s a high-rise, you can’t open a window either.

很一般，除了地理位置还行，其他非常一般。
Pros:

地理位置不错，一楼前台的服务非常周到，看到客人进来会主动打招呼和帮忙提行李。

Cons:

前台办理入住的服务人员，态度很一般，垮着脸服务，感受非常差。
我们的房间洗手池没打扫干净，还有毛发残留。

Good base for a short stay in Jeju city.
Pros:

The room, was clean and comfortable with a very well appointed bathroom.
Helpful staff and a free airport transfer.
Good location for airport transfer and access to public transport.

可以先開車到地下停車場再搭電梯到6樓check in，記得給完整車牌號碼就不用付停車費了！跟多數飯店一樣給兩張磁卡，房間內有附筆，退稅單上要寫資料很方便，衛浴裡的洗沐用品味道都很香～
Pros:

位置方便，離機場開車大約10分鐘內就到了
下面有樂天免稅店但9點左右就打烊了
附近很多商家，吃喝很方便，也很多伴手禮店可以買紀念品

Great stay thank you
Pros:

Central location to the east and west coast and easy free transfer to the airport. The breakfast buffet was really nice. We had a fast check in and check out and a nice big room. The hotel is very clean.

Cons:

The scent in the reception is too strong. There is no iron in the room.

服务态度很好，地理位置也很好，只是前台接待的英文给我们解释一些事我们听不懂，其他的都还好。
