Pros:

The location, close to the airport, has many eateries nearby. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and offers good service. Breakfast was excellent. There is a coin laundry service, and the staff are helpful.

Cons:

The pillows are very soft and thin; even when I pressed the two together, they still sank in. The room lighting could be improved. Overall, I had a wonderful stay.

有停車場，退房可以把房卡丟進飯店大廳或電梯裡有
專用的盒子，很方便！

Cons:

飯店大廳在6樓，第一次入住很容易走錯
房間冷氣沒辦法開，整晚都很悶熱
沒有提供備品，只有基本的洗髮沐浴用品

퇴실과정에서 실망
Cons:

90세의 아버지를 모시고 2박3일 일정으로 갔다가 아버지 컨디션이 안좋으셔셔 1박후 퇴실을 요청했는데,
호텔측에서는 부킹닷컴을 통해서 예약을 했으니 그쪽으로 연락하라고 호텔에서는 이야기 하고...
부킹닷컴에 이야기했더니 호텔과 연락이 안된다고 이야기하고....
그래서 1박요금+조식요금 포기하고 나왔습니다.
환불이 된다 안된다 명확하게 이야기 했으면 이해를 했을건데, 서로 책임을 미루는 과정을 보면서 실망했습니다.

Clean hotel, good size rooms. Beds were ok. They provided fresh water bottles daily.

Cons:

Nothing was open in the hotel before 09:00, couldn't get a cup of coffee. The hotel nickel and dime you for any amenity: no toothbrush? Pay for plastic one. Pool? Closed. All other stuff became "for pay only." Hotel offered breakfast at a high price; we bought stuff outside. We wanted to throw away some cups while waiting for the tour bus; the staff refused to take it. We went up to the 6th floor to throw it away. We didn't feel that we got our money's worth.
