Good location.
Tiny rooms, not in the best of shape, was very noisy during the night on a Saturday. Very expensive for what it is.
Easy walk from the theatres and museums etc.
The receptionist was happy to move our room from the basement to the first floor.
The shower was lovely, once the boiler was sorted.
The canal side walk was noisy at night which meant we couldn't open the window. Not much fun in the heat!
Location very good . Bedding and room was clean .
We definitely didn't get the room we booked . Was meant to be an upgraded deluxe with sofa seating area , city view out the large windows etc. room was nothing like the photos . Asked reception to be told booking has the wrong photos and nothing he could do . Yet THEIR own website showed the same photos and the room as available. We got flung in the basement (smelled damp ) with tiny slit windows with no curtain on one , a terrible green light on all night and early morning stomping above from either reception or stairs . Have stayed before but never again. I feel the reception bumped us down as we'd booked a special booking rate .

The cleanliness level was horrible- the bed sheets had stains, the floor was dirty with visible signs of dust. The kettle for example had dust on it and I had to wash it with the bath soap.

The staff seemed not very bothered when i told them that the plughole in the shower was blocked they said will get someone to sort it after we have left and the fan was only the item that was not clean how they missed that i dont know and it shows the rooms dont get checked by management after
Easy location to centre
Really enjoyed my stay! The hotel was welcoming, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything felt relaxed and easy from check-in onwards. The room had everything I needed and I had a really comfortable night. Great value for money too – I’d happily stay again!
