Better value for money can be had elsewhere. Stay here only for the location
Pros:

Staff exceedingly helpful and friendly, tried their best.
Good location too. And bed was comfy although only one pillow per person.

Cons:

The rooms feel more like a hostel than a hotel. The last time I stayed in such level of "wipe clean" accommodation, it certainly was not nearly £150 for the night for a super basic room. And the deluxe rooms for an additional £45 were a little more spacious but still very poor value for money.
Furthermore, everything about the rooms was tired. Flooring (lino) was just about acceptable, extractor fans in the bathrooms didn't work, so didn't clear steam or odours. One of the showers while great and plenty of water drained too slowly so if you were avoiding flooding the bathroom you had to turn it off every minute to allow the drain to catch up.
Windows hadn't been cleaned in years and a good number of cobwebs in the rooms too.

Dobra lokalizacja. Pokój był przestronny jak na tego typu obiekt. Cena niższa, niż innych obiektów w okolicy. W nocy jak było dość chłodno, działało ogrzewanie.

Cons:

Szkoda, że nie było małej lodówki w pokoju, choć przyznam, że nie sprawdziłem tego podczas robienia rezerwacji. Łazienk była trochę brudna, oraz pod prysznicem nie było słuchawki, jedynie stały natrysk z góry, co jest nieco kłopotliwe, gdy chce się ustawić temperaturę wody, bez nachlapania w łazience. Okolica jest dość imprezowa i w nocy na ulicy bywa głośno, gdyż pijani ludzie chodzą i się wydzierają.

Very easy and I might stay there again.

There were workers using an electric drill until around 2200. Fortunately I did not need an early night so it did not disturb my sleep.

Convenient and OK
Pros:

Convenient location for Picadilly train station. Comfortable bed, simple design.

Cons:

The floor and walls need a refresh, it looks very used and that gives the vibes of it not being too clean. My bed was poorly made and I found lots of hair all over the bedding.

Basic but great
