Très bel établissement avec un excellent accueil et un personnel particulièrement disponible, aussi bien à la réception qu’au restaurant. Mention spéciale également à la gérante pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme.
Le hammam a été un vrai moment de détente partagé avec ma sœur et ma fille — un grand merci à Zainab pour cette belle expérience, exceptionnelle du début à la fin.
Petit bémol toutefois : les importants travaux à l’entrée de l’hôtel n’étaient pas signalés lors de la réservation, ce qui est regrettable. De plus, la piscine extérieure n’était pas chauffée, ce qui paraît difficilement acceptable pour un établissement 5 étoiles.

The breakfast was pleasant with prepared omelettes. We came in a quiet time when we did not see many other guests, so the pool and the ground floor restuarant looked great but we did not partake. We ate on the top floor restaurant with a terrace that was a greaet place to sit after dinner to see the sun set.
The construction in the adjacent lot was not ideal. There noise was not an issue for us, but travel in the immediate vicinity of the hotel was affected by the significant construction activity.

Das Hotel, ist eine Art Palast-Riad mit zum Teil schönem Deko. Doch es ist sehr alt. Das Badezimmer war größtenteils renoviert.
Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Medina.
Zum Hotel gelangt man zur Zeit unter Schwierigkeiten nur über eine riesige Baustelle. Für meine gehbehinderte Frau ein grosses Problem. Diese Baustelle macht ab 8 Uhr bis abends riesigen Lärm und Staub. Auf der anderen Seite des Hotels sind sehr runtergekommene, slum-artige Häuser.
Es gibt für Hotelgäste in einiger Entfernung einen kostenlosen Parkplatz.
Aus unserer Sicht ist es kein 5-Sterne-Hotel. Es gab auf dem Zimmer keun Trinkwasser, kein Kaffee oder Tee.
Der Preis war viel zu hoch.

Zur Zeit riesige Baustelle direkt am Hotel, schwer begehbar.

La chambre etait spacieuse, avec un beau coin détente et une jolie vue.. Deux très grands lits confortables. Le restaurant offre de bon repas et le petit déjeuner était parfait. Le personnel est tres accueillant, au petit soin pour rendre votre séjour parfait, petit plus pour Zineb qui fait de super massage.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Das Abendessen war sehr teuer. Die Möbel sind alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Bad, Dusche und Toilette müssten modernisiert werden. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour, comme d’habitude, et encore meilleur cette fois-ci. Je remercie chaleureusement la direction pour le surclassement. Je tiens également à remercier le personnel pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse. La suite était très propre et confortable. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.
