Pros:

Arrived quite late at night, to a receptionist who didn't speak a word of English... We tried explaining we had already booked and paid through Expedia, and tried to get her to check the book or computer system for our booking but she never did. After 20mins of us trying to explain this to her she gave us a key to a room and off we went. The next morning upon checkout they tried to charge us for the room! So I had to show the new lady on reception all my confirmation emails / bookings etc to prove we'd already paid. In the end we just walked out. Aside from that the location isn't that great, but the cleanliness of the room was fine... I wouldn't stay here more than one night though.

Nice hotel but location less than ideal
Pros:

The hotel itself was fine, the room was nice and air con was up to standard. However the location was so far out that it took us 1 hour to walk into the centre of Nha Trang, and the hotel staffs English made finding things harder. Overall fine if you are willing to rent a motorbike.
