Stayed here for 3 nights and I'm thankful I was out of the hotel most of the day as most of my experiences here weren't great. I arrived in my room and there was a dead cockroach on the floor, the cupboards were super musty and the air conditioning was weak. Thankfully in spite of the staff speaking barely any English there was one helpful staff member who helped me to open the vent of the a/c so that some more air came out and he picked up the cockroach - not a great welcome. The hotel feels run down and dated. The breakfast was decent as they had a buffet and nice Turkish coffee. Plus points were that it was quiet at night so I got a decent night's sleep and there was hot water in my room (this shouldn't even have to be mentioned but my friends' room had no hot water and the staff were not bothered to try fix it!). WiFi is sketchy - it comes and goes. Staff are very efficient at ordering a taxi which I appreciated, to be able to leave the hotel :). Considering the price you pay I wouldn't say you get value for your money at this hotel.

No hot water so ended up not being able to have a shower which is the least you want from a hotel. The next day I spent 30 minutes trying to get hot water again but it wasn't possible. Had to use my friend's room in the other side of the hotel. For the price of the hotel it wasn't particularly clean our room smelled of smoke and cigarettes. Not good value and without being able to use the basics like hot water or internet I'm not sure what the point of staying was.

Amazing location 5 minutes to the Yalikavak Marina, The hotel has a very nice beach, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. We really enjoyed our stay. Kids friendly, good beach vibes and good service all day. We will be back with our kids as they really enjoyed the pool.

As beautiful as this hotel seems in the pictures I believe there are some misleading.
Positive:
- Quiet and cozy place, the rooms and bathroom are nice and clean.
- The dinning area/Bar is really nicely designed and beautiful to sit there.
-The pool is huge and quiet if you want to chill and relax.

Negative:
- The beach area has been modified and made smaller, the gazebo on the water has been turned into sunbed area on wood.
- The beach is not cleaned from rocks and pebbles and is unpleasant to walk into the water as it might look in the picture.( picture attached below)
- Everything was over priced, (over priced is not enough to explain how it is way over) food, drinks and spa services.... I live in London considered very expensive. but this place was way more expensive! with little expectation.

This stay was totally mixed feelings. The property is clean and the sea side is amazing with beautiful sea. They have not invested in service at all. It was a total hassle to get your drinks and service anytime in the day. So many servers but no one owns your table. The ala carte prices are unreasonably expensive, more than five star restaurants with the worst service. So stay at your own risk!!!

Ayrıca yandaki Veranda adlı meyhane tarzı restorantın müziğinden hiçbi şekilde uyumanız mümkün değil. Plaj ve otel asla resimlerde gözüktüğü gibi değil. Neredeyse 1 günlük asgari ücret almasını biliyorlar ama garsonlarda resepsiyonda beş karış suratla karşılaşırsınız şaşırmayın. Rezil bi otel

They treated me like a family. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is clean and room was big. The food is excellent. Beach is nice and clean. The location is perfect.

Çok keyifli,sakin ve konforlu bir tatil yaşadık.
Otelin konumu sakinliği, kumsal ve denizi gayet iyi idi.
Hatta haftaya tekrar gitme kararı verdik.

Tum guzel yorumlara saygilarimi sunarak baslamak istiyorum. Otelin restorani(Blue topaz)ve beach i(colonie beach) baska bir isletmeye ait ve o isletme isini gayet iyi yapiyor ona gore de para aliyor zaten. Ozellikle colonie beach calisani fuat beye saygilarimi sunuyorum guler yuzu ve saygisiyla cok ilgili bir calisan. Otele gelince odamiz cok bakimsizdi dus kabini kirikti klima kumandasi ve telefon yoktu oda temizligi kesinlikle ustunkoru yapiliyordu odaya dondugumuzde yerlerde saclarimizi buluyorduk surekli tuvalet kagidi sampuan pike istemek durumunda kaldik. Gece belirli saatte pike istemek icin(odada tel olmadigindan resepsiyona ulasmak mumkun diil) resepsiyona gittigimizde yetkili bulmak cok zor oldu.kahvalti cok vasattı.otel mudurunun asiri ilgisi ve misafirperverligi bile bu eksiklikleri golgede birakamiyor maalesef.herkese iyi tatilleerrr🤗

Tried to check out at 8am. It took 1 hour because front desk staff were sleeping and valet wasn't working yet. Took 45 mins to get my car.

Gerek konumu gerekse çalışanların güleryüzlü ve ilgili olması nedeniyle fazlasıyla memnun olarak ayrıldık. Kahvaltısı oldukça güzel bunun yanında otel içerisinde beach ve restaurant olması da tercih sebebi. İlk fırsatta tekrar gitmeyi düşünüyoruz.
