Pros:

Hotel is very clean and staff couldn't do any more for you the grounds are kept spotless with staff picking up every flower and leaf that drops for a 3 star hotel you will be pleasantly surprised and value for money you can't beat $50 per night with breakfast for a couple is amazing value you won't be disappointed

Great value hotel that has everything we need on our visits to Bali.
Pros:

Pool is great with plenty of loungers. Plenty of staff who are always willing to help. Massage on site and reasonably priced too.

Cons:

The entertainment is great but it means it is pretty noisy for large parts of the day. Not so good if you're trying to have some quiet time

Unsatisfied, will never stay there again

Staff were very friendly

Cons:

Our room wasn’t cleaned properly, dust in cupboards, dirty cups were never replaced, sewage backed up and leaking onto floor, problem was fixed but I came back to the room it smelt horrible and the toilet wasn’t cleaned so there was forces in the toilet bowl and on the floor which leaked onto shower mat. I had to request it to be cleaned. Constantly asking for a second towel and at times our rubbish bin wasn’t emptied and bedside tables and desk was never cleaned. Unfortunately I won’t stay there again
