Got to stay at this place near the beach
Pros:

It was a large property at the end of a street with a guard shack keeping everyone safe. Relatively close to the beach. We walked to go surfing. There was also parking available for our car. Close to many restaurants and shops. The price was unbeatable. Check out time was a generous 12 PM. The pool was great, but we didn’t use it. They provided a very large room and a comfortable bed with great sheets and pillows.

Very comfortable beds. Daily room cleaning. Very friendly staff. Lovely pool. Very comfortable sun beds.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t nice. Juice not fresh, just dilute. No real milk for coffee, limited hot options. Very little fruit options. Food in the restaurant was limited and basic. No table to sit at in the room. Tiles around the pool broken and damaged

The peace, so near to the excitement that Kuta is.
And some excellent staff; special thanks to Depi (Debby) who always remembers the things I like food and drink wise. And understood my sign language from the poolside ❤️. Also her knowledge of the English language is above average.
The people at the front desk and housekeeping are wonderful, and a shout-out to the men that handle security. Always so friendly ❤️.

Will definitely be back for a 4th time.
