Pros:

The bar staff especially in the swim up bar were excellent! They made great drinks and were a good time. They kept us highly entertained and were also great with the kids too.

Cons:

The only thing that I feel could improve is the breakfast. It wasn’t terrible but it was basic.

Perfect family hotel
Pros:

Everything would stay there with our 2 children in a heartbeat! Lock box provided, very safe and friendly staff

Cons:

The edge of the pool was a little bit slippery and there were not enough sun loungers.

Would definitely stay again. First time at Dewi Sri.

Very clean. Fantastic location. Pool and lounges. Staff very friendly and helpful

Cons:

People securing lounges around the pool early in the morning and taking off for hours. We were on the ground floor, people above us were very noisy at 3am waking us up.

Great as always
Pros:

Staff were always very pleasant. Spa treatment was wonderful. Location great. This is why it’s was out 10th time staying with you.

Cons:

May have been better to have the live band finishing at 9pm due to us having a baby in our party

Had a 26 day stay and have nothing negative to really say about the place.
Pros:

The staff are amazing.
The meals could do with a bit more variety but overall cant complain.
Security is awesome here.
Live music most nights

Cons:

A period during evening for adults to use pool without the little ones jumping,bombing etc would be great especially if injured.
Some milk,coffee,tea etc in room on arrival would also be great.
