Good apart from the bed bugs
Pros:

Staff were really friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Even though I had my sheets changed nearly every day I got bitten by bed bugs on my legs. Didn’t know this until I got home and went to the dr as my friends said it was heat rash. My friends never got bitten so maybe only certain rooms.

I would not come back, too far from Amed central, feeling isolated, limited transport and quit expe
Pros:

The room was nice, good views but not for all the rooms

Cons:

Being told on arrival that there is not enough beah towels so you may have to take your bathroom towel to use at the beach and then use it again in your room to shower. The location is not in Amed as advertised it is out it Amed. No shops or amenities near by. You feel stranded, nothing in. Walking distance, 100,000idr mimimum to go to Amed shops, warnings or restaurants one way. That is if you can get a driiverOn the beach cliff , to go up to road or down to beach is over 109 to 150 steep steps. So may uneven areas just to go to pool, restaurant, beach and street

Pros:

Le personnel était très professionnel et aimable. La piscine est très agréable. Les chambres sont confortables et bien aménagées. Le petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet était bien.
Au calme bien qu'au centre de la zone animée.

Cons:

Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel mais personnellement je n'aime pas cette zone, à la frontière de Kuta. Je voulais plus être sur Legian. Pour les gens qui aiment l'animation, c'est très bien.
Certaines chambres peuvent donner du côté de la route (ils ont accepté de me changer de chambre pour me mettre dans une très calme; j'ai beaucoup apprécié leur geste)!

Great value, the beautiful staff made us feel like family
Pros:

Great location, wonderful staff, massages onsite, daily top-class entertainment, great value for money

Cons:

Some of the music was a bit loud whilst eating but that’s the only little gripe I have about our 4 day stay

I loved the location! Tucked away from the bustling streets but a short walk and your accessibility to everything was at your fingertips 🫶🏽

You get what you pay for, staff were kind, food was ok. Definitely room for improvement.
Pros:

The gardens were lovely, massage huts were convenient, decent room service.

Cons:

How loud it is, if you have people above you, you can hear them walking around their room. I requested a double bed, received a single, I complained but they didn’t fulfill my needs (they weren’t booked out)- I am almost 6 ft so my feet hung out the end of the bed. The buffet was very average for breakfast.
