It’s a good hotel. People are friend. It is in the middle of the nightlife so can get busy there

Lovely older hotel good value on sukhumvit close to everything's just a bit noisy.

Great location and very clean hotel. Rooftop pool was very relaxing and nice as well. The staff were excellent especially the front desk crew and in particular Anchitta !! So sweet and helpful and delightful every time we came in the hotel. I will definitely return next visit - they deserve the business !! Clean and nice rooms - no frills but nice.

I always stay here when in Bangkok, the staff are very friendly. It’s a good location in the heart of Sukhumvit.

A little noisy the first night then I asked to be moved to another room, which they accommodated other than that it was nice. The free breakfast was good in the morning.

Great location. Very clean. Recently renovated. The bigger rooms are recommended as the smaller rooms are a tad too small

have stayed here before. was disappointed there is no laundry service anymore. instead they now have one washing machine and drier which can get very busy. also my air con was always switching itself off. the good things are the friendly staff at the front desk, the restaurant and the ladies cleaning the room. the location is noisy but very central to night life, shopping and transport.

I've stayed here twice and it's a great location for solo travellers especially if you want to be in the middle of the exciting singles adult entertainment scene (not for families). Walking distance to food, shopping and transit. My room faced the BTS but still was not very noisy. Good free breakfast too.

Centrally located easy to get around

Apart from its location which is very good, almost all other attributes of this hotel scores ZERO.
NOISE, NOISE, NOISE . . . the noise from trains, cars, and motorbikes is such an issue that the hotel (admittedly) providing "ear plugs" as part of the essential items to each room!
The rooms are not sound-proof, and you would easily hear the noise from moving the chair on the floor from other rooms.
The toilet opens directly in the room and the room opens directly in the main corridor.
Another extremely annoying thing is the shower and the water pressure. The pressure of the water goes from high to low and vice versa for no reason. It is almost impossible to enjoy a shower as, apart from the water pressure, the water temperature changes suddenly from boiling hot to cold for no reason!
I raised the issue with the reception, and their reply was; "we can't do anything about it" which is irresponsible and mounts to cheating as it seems many other guests raised this issue in the past.
It seems this hotel has passed its age and it is ready for demolition as it's not suitable for human habitation.

So if you think you deserve better, then look somewhere else. Book this hotel ONLY if you want to spoil your holiday!
