Concierge Plaza San Rafael

This place is a trap.
The pictures do not represent the state of the facility at all. There is no palapa in the common area. the place is run down and falling apart. There is no AC in the rooms. There is no wifi in the rooms. I stayed here for 4 of the 6 nights that I booked, and told myself that I enjoy camping and this was a step above camping.

Then a storm came through and I had water pouring into my room in all areas of my room.

This feels like an abandoned hotel that someone found a way to get power to, and started renting rooms out.

The lady at the front desk and the maintenance guy were very pleasant. They did call the owner for me and the owner made zero effort to make this right.

I also reached out to Hotels.com and they offered zero help or support. I asked them to investigate the place and I do not get the impression that they will.

The view is amazing if you get an ocean front room. Bring a tent to set up and your cleaning supplies though. The pictures don't do it justice of how bad this place is. I wish I could post the videos I took.

El hotel está sin mantenimiento por años muy sucio no vale la pena un engaño las fotos de hace 20 años ( no exagero)

No había agua caliente y la puerta se estaba cayendo. En general el hotel parecía en ruinas. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Muy diferente a cómo se muestra en las fotos

Es increíble que quise cambiar la fecha de mi viaje a un día posterior y como no había reembolso estuve tratando de marcarles a su número de teléfono y NUNCA CONTESTARON envié un mensaje a través del.correo y NUNCA CONTESTARON TAMPOCO es un lugar que no me canso de enfatizar lo insatisfecho que me encuentro con el mismo si son viajeros NO ELIJAN ESTA OPCION gracias

A pesar que los empleados son amables y las habitaciones están limpias, el estado general del hotel y las habitaciones es pésimo. En abandono muchas áreas en general y cero mantenimiento, se ve que no le han pasado una pintura en años y los baños están están llenos de moho , grietas y puertas cayéndose a pedazos literal. La alberca está fría . Tuve que pagar 250 pesos adicionales al día por tener aire acondicionado

TOTTALLY SCAM DONT GO! This hotel is under construction, there is no water, electricity or any service. their phone is not in service, The room they give me was dirty no towels, not even toilet paper. Stuff didn't give me any information, i asked for a relocation. They say it was my problem. I asked for a refund, they say no refund are made. I contacted expedia they said, booking was in process so they will check with hotel to see IF THEY AGREE TO REFUND MY MONEY, i had to pay transportation, another expensive hotel because couldn't find any rooms available. Horrible experience. I email the property haven't answer.

The property is not worth the priced

Las fotos que aparecen es la aplicacion no son correctas la propiedad se encuentra en deplorables condiciones, nada seguro para el huésped el personal nada amable, se trato de contactar a la afitriona y nunca respondio, teemine saliendome antes de mi reserva y no continuar mi hospedaje en ese sitio

No me gustó, hice la reserva ion por expedia y llegue al hotel y no sabían nada y no me querían dar habitación. Me dijo el de la recepción qué lo viera con la aplicación y ya me habían cobrado en Expedia. Muy mala experiencia

Me gustó el fácil acceso a la playa pero el hotel y el cuarto estaban en malas condiciones.

The area us pretty dead. Property and room falling apart with little maintenance ir poor repairs. It appeared to me the town is decaying for several years. No investment in the properties around while i understand that Covid had a great impact, i would not return..ever. Nothing to do. Beaches are not for swimming. Clean but strong currents

Ubicación y la vista al mar

Lo único bueno es la alberca, a pesar de que está sucia.
El hotel nos dió una habitación que no correspondía a lo que se pagó, no sé nos regresó el equivalente a la otra habitación, debido a que según ésto, nos dieron una habitación deluxe con aire acondicionado.
* El hotel no cuenta con agua caliente!
* El internet es deficiente.
* No te prestan toallas.
* El personal que atiende NO tiene. Mínimo conocimiento de lo que es el servicio al cliente.

Para los clientes que consideren hospedaje en este Hotel, por favor, piénselo dos veces, hay mejores opciones.

Un hotel sumamente descuidado, sin atención a los huéspedes.

La alberca sucia no tienen servicio de agua caliente ni television

Un hotel que ofrece buenas instalaciones y no es así, son una porquería, un asco las habitaciones, instalaciónes y todooo!! No pudimos quedarnos en esas condiciones, así que nos fuimos a otro lugar.

El hotel está en condiciones regulares en el primer cuarto que nos dieron estaba horrible con mucha humedad y moo hasta en el ventilador y en el segundo estaba un poco mejor hasta que nos dimos cuenta que como que tenía mucho sin usarse y salieron algunas cucarachas, las cortinas ni siquiera daban la medida de las ventanas y se alcanzaba a ver de afuera hacia adentro y estuvimos a punto de tener un altercado con las personas que rentaron el otro cuarto de el tercer piso la verdad quedamos con una mala imagen de el lugar por todos los aspectos ya comentados
