close to many shopping and easy drive to beaches and downtown. i would only suggest to update furniture as our room the dresser was falling apart and the pool towels are way to old already need new one also needs furniture updating in breakfast area , we have been coming for years and like our stay but hotel needs to update there furniture, window drapes and pool towels.

This hotel was good, as long as your expectations are set appropriately. We stayed here for one night in our transition between San Jose Del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was basic but provided everything we needed. We even had a nice view of the ocean from our room. There is definitely great value in staying here.

The best part of a stay at the Holiday Inn was having access to the local gym, Cabo Fitness Club, which was only about 50 feet away (they use the same parking lot as the Holiday Inn). The local gym is spectacular! We enjoyed our long workout at this gym.

I recommend staying at the Holiday Inn.

Hotel really surprised me, for the cost is very clean and comfortably fit our family of 5. It included breakfast which was very good as well.
If you have a lot of activities plan this place is perfect to stay, it’s also close to Los Cabo’s center. The building also has a really good coffe shop and restaurant.

This Holiday Inn is spotlessly clean with super friendly staff, super comfy beds and linens, a nice well kept small pool area and is in a pretty great location just outside of the high prices in town. Uber is reasonable both directions from and to the airport and very affordable into downtown Cabo. The Collectivo and bus are also right outside the door basically and even cheaper but takes longer of course. The small price difference made Uber our choice after the first collectivo ride. Quick and cheap. If you are even just a little bit fit and brave enough to walk across the highway which looks scarier than it is there is Costco which we didn’t go to and a beautiful Soriana store with anything and everything you may want or need. There is a fantastic bistro, an open air Mexican restaurant, an OXOX and a pharmacy right in the strip mall type area along with the hotel. It seems like an odd place for a hotel but it really isn’t once you get your bearings. They offer a lovey abundant free breakfast with a couple of rotating fresh cooked hot options and all the standards like fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal and bread items. The friendly breakfast staff keeps everything well stocked and very clean. We were very happy with our stay here and would highly recommend if you go knowing in advance there is no beach access anywhere near the hotel and the Cabo beaches are a $5.00 Uber ride away. I think Chileno Bay was under $10 if I remember right. And in our opinion the only thing this hotel is missing is balcony rooms but again it’s ok if you know in advance. Rooms and the pool area have nice wide open views of the famous arch without the hundreds of dollars price tag some hotels charge to be able to see it. This hotel is a great bang for your buck if you are a budget traveler who knows what that really means and if you are willing be a bit adventurous rather than pampered.

Hello The Hotel Property was in a Plaza Area like The One Hotel I stayed at right next Door to Puerto Vallarta Airport in Late 2019.It was all positives no negative things to say I enjoyed my stay there.

I stayed here here from April 17-26 2025 i bought this package from Expedia Canada.I was in Room 240 on the second Floor the Room has a Smaller Flat Screen TV, Dresser,A Smaller Type Digital Room Safe which could take a few Bluetooth Speakers but not a Lap Top PC + a Shower, Sink & Toilet.Considering what I paid for The Package it was a very good deal.Yes it's a business type Hotel that's relatively new not a Resort but it's very clean & tidy all The Staff there including The Front Desk were friendly & willing to help out in anyway possible i was always greeted with an Hola or Buenos Dias.They also served a nice free Breakfast that includes scrambled Eggs,Shredded Pork,Breakfast Cereal e.g. Cornflakes,Toast,Yogurt,Coffee,Juices including 🍊some days I only had a Big Breakfast =Brunch because it's so hot in CSL. I got bad Sun burn on my shoulders on The Friday my last day before I flew back on Saturday Afternoon I should've have put sunscreen on my shoulders.My favorite spot & other guests to chill at was The Roof Top Swimming Pool that had a great view of The Ocean that also had a Patio with Wicker type chairs & tables.I t was a nice spot to chill at in The Morning or Afternoon.I would definitely recommend this functional basic Hotel to anyone looking to stay in Cabo San Lucas not looking for anything fancy.As far as I'm concerned it tucked all the right boxes for my own requirements.It was a nice to have a relaxing Vacation after my Father had passed away in Early 2025 so thanks for a very good stay/experience,Alistair.👏🏻👋🏻🇨🇦

Saraswati did a great job. I really recommend and appreciate her job professionally . Hotel ambiance is good and attractive even they have better option for breakfast. I will fully recommend a stay once for better experience.

El hotel muy lindo y todo, pero la verdad que la atención del front desk muy mala, habíamos pagado ya las noches vía expedia, y cuando llegamos al escritorio, nos quisieron ver la cara diciendo que no estaban pagados, solo “reservados”, les mostré los cargos en mi tarjeta y fue así que desistieron de decir que no habíamos pagado… revisen esos detalles y listo, fuera de eso el hotel no tiene tema

Not much to do around the hotel, but short Uber ride to Cabo Sa. Lucas. Rooms were clean, staff was excellent, and surprisingly, a really good free breakfast.... not the Continental BS

Staff was friendly, roof top pool is Beautiful great view. Breakfast was hot full of fruit, eggs, breads.
