An airport motel
Pros:

The room was spotless, the heat worked well, and there was parking.

Cons:

The location was in a residential area away from stores and restaurants, the bathroom was not updated, and breakfast was included yet we had to leave for the airport before it was available. It was suitable for a stay before a flight at Fiumicino.

Pros:

Lovely hotel very close to the coast, the staff is very nice and caring. Quiet and family atmosphere. The bathroom is comfortable and the breakfast can be chosen.

Location is fine for our propose... being at the airport early in the mourning

Very nice breakfast.
Clean and fine facilties.

Fine restaurants around.

They have car parking , essential for those using rent a car

Cons:

TV and Net were not available.

Really nice!!
Pros:

The owner was excellent. Really friendly and helpful. The staff were also really nice. This hotel is very close to an amazing beach. We would go back.

Cons:

Beds a little hard for us but at home we have soft so I guess it's what you prefer.

In general our stay was welcoming, efficient and comfortable.

Personale competente, gentile e disponibile. Pulizia attenta e curata. Colazione alla carta puntuale, varia e ricca, molto buona. Lo consiglio. Unico suggerimento alla proprietà, aggiungere un altra presa di corrente, in prossimità del comodino per la ricarica del cellulare. Per resto, ottima esperienza.

Very nice stay.
Pros:

Great place to stay to catch a flight the next day. The room was not huge but big enough and the bathroom was a very good size. It is within a short walk from the beach with good restaurants close by. The staff is great offering great transportation to and from the airport. It also includes a nice breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing negative to say.
