We stayed one night before flying home. It is about 15 minutes drive from the airport. The beach/waterfront is about 2 blocks away. There is a nice promenade at the beach for walking. Had free car parking. Lot of expensive seafood restaurants along the waterfront.
Not convenient to many stores.
The location is ideal, especially for anyone flying in or out of Rome. Being just minutes from Fiumicino Airport made our travel days effortless, and the surrounding area was easy and pleasant to get around. Despite the convenience, the hotel is remarkably quiet — we slept soundly every night without a hint of noise, which is no small thing for an airport-area stay. There's a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout that makes you feel instantly at ease, and our room was spotless — genuinely immaculate — and clearly looked after with real care and attention to detail.
What sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. After we'd already returned home to California, I realized I'd left a personal item behind. I reached out half-expecting it to be gone for good, and instead the team went completely above and beyond. They tracked it down, packed it up, and walked me through the entire international shipping process until it arrived safely on the other side of the world. That's not something a hotel has to do — it's something they choose to do because they genuinely care about their guests.

Very clean and practical, close to the beach and many very good restaurants, 10 mins from the airport but you feel like you’re at the countryside , gorgeous cigar lounge, amazing breakfast. Staff is lovely

Le personnel, surtout la fille qui servait au petit déjeuner.
La salle de bain présente plusieurs problèmes. La valve de la chasse d’eau des toilettes fonctionnait très mal : il fallait donner un coup très fort pour qu’elle fonctionne. La douche ne chauffait pas suffisamment et le jet d’eau était faible. Par moments, la pression redevenait correcte, puis diminuait à nouveau.
Le matelas du lit était également très dur.
À mon arrivée à l’hôtel, j’ai demandé à utiliser les toilettes de l’accueil. L’odeur de remontée d’égouts était extrêmement forte et franchement insupportable. Cela ne m’a pas donné une très bonne première impression. Cependant, au moment de mon départ, j’ai constaté que le propriétaire avait fait le nécessaire pour résoudre le problème, ce que j’ai apprécié.
Concernant le petit-déjeuner, le fait de ne pas pouvoir se servir soi-même et de ne pas avoir le choix des produits proposés n’en a malheureusement pas fait un moment très agréable.
Le propriétaire nous a fait choisir avant à manger et à boire.
Franchement, nous n’avons pas appréciés.
The hotel itself is a good choice, especially if you need to stay close to the airport. The room was small, but it had a large and comfortable bed, air conditioning, a fridge, and all the essentials, including a kettle and cups.
A big plus is the airport transfer. During the day it costs €20, although for very early transfers (around 4–6 a.m.) the price is €25 per person. The airport is only about a 15-minute drive away.
I also liked the breakfast option, as you can adjust it to your preferences, and coffee is included, which is a nice touch.
However, I had an issue with the breakfast. My flight was at 6 a.m., so I asked the day before if it would be possible to prepare at least a croissant and coffee for me in the morning. The girl serving breakfast told me it would not be a problem, but after checking with the hotel owner, who was also handling the airport transfers, I was told it was not possible because the kitchen does not operate that early.
This was disappointing, as breakfast was included in and paid for with my booking, but I was unable to use it due to the hotel’s arrangements. If you have an early morning flight, I recommend checking this in advance and not assuming that an included breakfast will be available.
Overall, a decent and convenient hotel for a short stay near the airport, but the breakfast situation for early departures could definitely be improved.

It was especially disappointing because breakfast was included in my booking and I had specifically asked in advance whether something could be prepared for my early departure. I was initially told it would not be a problem, but the request was later refused by the hotel owner.
Very clean, the shuttle service to and from the airport was easy. Very pleasant hotel staff.
No complaints about the hotel it was perfect for our two day stay.

We needed a night close to Rome airport and were happy to find it next to the beach and great restaurants. The room was spacious, super clean and with a nice bathroom.
The mattress was very firm but the pillows were just to my liking and not too high. The soundproof windows kept all noice out.
Breakfast possibilities are ordered the evening before. Kind and attentive staff.
The mattress was very hard, and I preferred a more soft one.
