Das Hotel Silvana ist wirklich die beste Adresse im ganzen Tal, etwas oberhalb von Zermatt.
Das Spa ist wirklich super gemacht und für Ski- und Snowboardliebhaber gibt es direkt Anschluss an die Pisten des super Skigebiets hier von Zermatt.
Das Design der Räume ist wirklich außergewöhnlich da sich alte und neue Elemente perfekt vermischen.
Das Team ist auch super freundlich, dazu noch sehr leckeres Essen aus der Küche.
Zum Entspannen direkt an der Natur einfach genial.
Wir kommen gerne immer wieder hier her.
Zermatt hat natürlich viele sehr gute Hotels, aber im Silvana fühlen wir uns immer am Besten.

We stayed 3 nights at Silvana Mountain Hotel and it was truly incredible. A unique mountain experience in a wonderful location with spectacular views. The restaurant offers an authentic Swiss atmosphere with unique details, and every meal was absolutely delicious. The staff were exceptionally attentive and kind, making us feel welcome at every moment. The spa was a fantastic bonus to our stay – a charming and relaxing space that made the whole experience even more special. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the best of the Swiss Alps

The hotel is amazing and we would go back any time! The owners picked us up from the train station and explained a bit about the town. They were always checking if we needed anything, but they weren't pushy or intrusive. The hotel is as clean and lovely as it gets. The SPA is beautiful, we were the only ones there so the experience was even better. Overall we would recommend it to everyone looking for a premium cosy stay.

This was one of my favourite hotels I've stayed in. The staff were so friendly, the spa facilities excellent, breakfast wonderful, lovely playground for our two children, and our room was perfect. We loved the location in the forests above Zermatt and decided to have a quiet day enjoying the surrounding area and hotel because it was so lovely. Would love to have stayed for longer.

The hotel was incredible! Every room, including the lounge, restaurant, spa, and guest rooms, was luxurious and rustic. The beds were so cozy, the spa and pool were amazing, and the food was excellent. The staff were friendly, funny, and personable. We really enjoyed conversations with Marc, Marcus, and Sarah. We would stay here again and look forward to the next visit!

The hotel's organization and service were flawless, making my stay as effortless as it was luxurious. The location is absolutely perfect for skiing, offering breathtaking views and direct access to the slopes—truly the best spot on the mountain.
The hotel itself feels like something out of a fairy tale, with its charming, yet sophisticated ambiance. One of my favorite moments was sitting by the cozy wood fire during dinner, the crackling flames adding to the intimate and inviting atmosphere. The spa facilities are state-of-the-art, providing a relaxing retreat after a day on the slopes. A relaxing message is a must after a day adventuring in the Alps.

And the food—words can’t do it justice! Every meal was a delight, crafted to perfection with exquisite flavors that made each dining experience a true pleasure.
I can’t recommend Silvana Mountain Hotel highly enough. It’s the epitome of luxury, comfort, and warmth, and I look forward to returning for many more unforgettable stays.

This is a wonderful modern hotel. The room was great, great views. Friendly staff. An awesome wellness area. Great dinners and the breakfast was amazing. They will pick you up and take you to the train station for a fee. Easy to get there by taking the gondola to Furi and then a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Would love to go again!!
