Good, nice and quiet.
Pros:

Loved the full kitchen. Also the area was quiet, yet close to downtown.

Cons:

Nothing was done to mitigate the ice from the ice storm, and there was extremely heavy slippery ice everywhere. We cleared it ourselves.

Convenient location but manage your expectations.
Pros:

We were upgraded to a larger room, no charge. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. A/C - Heater worked well and ceiling fan over the bed added to the comfort.

Cons:

Bed was extremely soft; we just prefer a firmer mattress. Not many outlets in convenient places like near the beds. Fixtures and furniture are old. TVs were extremely small (~20") and several feet away from the bed.

Nice stay convenient to town and look forward to visiting again.
Pros:

Room was comfortable cozy. Parking was easy and accessible to room. Area was quiet and peaceful.

Nice place to stay.
Pros:

Upgraded us to a larger room without even asking.

Cons:

Cable tv was down and two tvs in the room did not work at all. Had smoke alarm going off and told it would stop however they did replace it when we were out.
