First stay on Thursday was amazingly comfortable not so much on the following Monday!
Pros:

Property is quite but our room was dirty. Previous tenants left the refrigerator full of food and drinks and it was not cleaned up by staff. Bed sheets were all messed up under the comforter as if they were laid on already.

Cons:

I paid same amount for one room and decided I liked it came back on a Monday just to request the same room and got one upstairs not what I was expecting.

Stay could have been better for the cost of the room.
Pros:

Staff was great, and location great.

Cons:

Size of room, no fan in bathroom, no vending machines, mediocre bath linen. Price very high for quality of room and amenities.

For the clean, neat, friendly staff and good value.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and check in was quick. The rooms were very clean. We had fun sitting out at the patio table and talking.

Great place to stay in Fredericksburg, especially if you’re traveling with pets.
Pros:

This is a great property close to downtown Fredericksburg. We always travel with our dog and this is a very pet friendly property. We were even upgraded to a larger unit than what we had reserved. Very nice and friendly property.

Pros:

Very convenient to the downtown area. The shower pressure was awesome.

Cons:

Stairs going upstairs are narrow making it a little difficult when carrying larger suitcases.
