Cons:

No me quedé en el hotel. Tuve que cancelar de último momento por una urgencia. Mandé msj a través de la aplicación y hablé en varias ocasiones y jamás me contestaron.

Comfortable stay- lost hoodie!
Pros:

Upon arrival we were told we got a free upgrade to a room at the Holiday Inn Suites. Either way, we stayed in the exact same room as I booked online, so I'm not sure if it really was 'upgraded'.

Comfortable beds, consistently hot water, good wifi, very clean space and beds. No noise from cars, only ever heard the occasional door open and close from rooms near us but no talking.

Breakfast was great!

Cons:

TV was locked to Spanish satellite channels, so without a laptop to stream from, you are only able to watch limited Spanish TV.

I left my hoodie there, so we called the hotel and kept getting hung up on a moment after they said they would check for the hoodie. Quite disappointed

I would stay here again.
Pros:

The breakfast wad a huge spread of delicious food, pastries, coffee and fresh juices. The hotel was very nice and clean. And the rooms were very clean.

agradable y buen precio y el hotel hace sentir bien, seguro el lugar

el desayuno incluido basto , excelente y buena calidad , habitación siempre limpia y agradable , las javoneras muy bien ya pusieron jabón de la línea DOVE

Cons:

tengo llegando a este hotel mas de 15 años y esta vez , los colchones ya estaban empezando a vencerse ( a nada de estar aguadaos ) habitación 618 .
