Great location right by the marina, just a five-minute walk to the city centre. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was spacious and clean. The boat-like feel is noticeable, as it’s a converted vessel, which gives it a different and interesting atmosphere.
Although the staff are friendly and make you feel welcome when attending to guests, when they are not serving they tend to speak very loudly among themselves in the public areas, both in English and Spanish. As mentioned, they are kind, but the noise level can be noticeable.
Regarding the food, there is a good variety at breakfast, as well as at lunch and dinner. However, the quality unfortunately does not match the same standard. In my view, these are two key aspects that should not fall short in a five-star hotel: staff professionalism in shared spaces and the quality of the food. Once again, variety is there, but the quality, unfortunately, is not.
Perfect location, comfy beds, good breakfast, nice roof top terrace. Very nice spa.
The room was a bit cold, and it was not possible to change the temperature, I think it is set centrally. For a 5 star hotel I would have hoped to find robes, slippers and hair conditioner in the room. These little things make difference.
Such a beautiful hotel, the rooms are amazing.
It may be where we went for Easter weekend but it was so noisy at night outside with singing and shouting until 3/4am, so sleeping was a tough one!

Gastrobar prices for spirits. £55 for 2 doubles and mixers is just a rip off. Had the same drinks at the Casino next door to Sunborn and was £19....
