The Sunborn has always been a place in my heart , having stayed before . I felt this time I wanted it to be better especially as we were getting married on the ship .
Booked 3 rooms and was happy with them but 2 rooms had faulty wardrobes / phone systems .
The ship experience was new to 4 guests staying with me and I tried to make it special for them . Breakfast was lovely and choice very good .
Its a place I would stay again at I'd probably try afternoon tea or casino experiences with

Maybe a small language difference but the staff at Aqua bar not the most happiest , sometimes being on phone whilst you wait to be served. Some areas in the rooms a little tired , its pricey and it missed the point a little on our special day .
I would stay again , maybe the little niggles may of been the wedding being an extra add on to do .
Our wedding banner mistakenly removed just before our wedding , thankfully retrieved before the ceremony ....
Very comfortable sleep, good location, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, front of house staff were exceptional.The shower was great, and the cabin steward was very helpful.
The Fridge trapped my fingers numerous times because of the cupboard its located in, bath robes were like cardboard and belt eyes were missing, room service was not very responsive twice I had to go via front of house to order.
The room was furnished as a 5 start hotel, the breakfast was also of the same standard. The feel of the welcome, staff and reception felt the same. I didn't experiance the restaurant
For the price you pay I would have hoped to have used the facilities, but they were iether busy or closed at the times that we wanted to use them. I couldn't use the pool in the morning, and udring the day or evening it was in use and not big enough for a private use. The spa are was also closed in the morning and evening time, so not practical for business travel
The room, the bed, the staff, the massage, the extras added to celebrate a social occasion - EVERYTHING! It’s the most perfect hotel!
The decor the room the staff were friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast could have been hotter, a little noisy from the marina side.
