Poor customer service ruined my stay.

The room was clean,

Cons:

The customer service at the reception was very disappointing. One of the receptionists was not helpful at all. She refused to assist me, and I also saw that she didn’t help the five guests who came after me. I don’t understand why she was sitting at the reception if she wasn’t willing to help guests. Her attitude was unprofessional and made the experience very unpleasant.

Fint rom generelt fint hotell

Cons:

For det første levde tv sitt eget liv greit nok og med et sånn type hotel burde tv ha smart tilkobling, for det andre så var det umulig og få dusje der uten at en må stå og holde dusj hode selv, virker som det er litt dårlig service arbeid på rommene!
Så om jeg skal gi rommet terningkast fra 1 til 6 så blir det en 1 og resten av Hotel kanskje 3 men de som jobber der får en sterk 6 - men de fortjener et bedre hotel....

Cons:

There is no refrigerator in the room, which is surprising for a 4-star hotel. The room also did not include any bottled water. When we asked the staff for some, they told us to drink the tap water from the bathroom instead. In addition, there were no slippers in the room, and when we requested a pair, we were told that the hotel does not provide slippers at all.

I honestly wonder how this hotel received a 4-star rating, as these are basic amenities I would expect from a hotel in this category.

Huone oli iso ja siisti. Sängyt ja tyynyt hyvät. Pysäköinnin pystyi maksamaan helposti hotellista lähdön jälkeen.

Cons:

Aamupala ok, mutta ei itselle tuttua Radisson laatua. Hotelli vastasi huonosti viesteihin Bookingin kautta. Pysäköintihallista vastaanottoon pääsy lukitusta ovesta qr-koodin ja soiton avulla oli hankalaa.

God oplevelse. Ikke sidste gang vi kommer.
Pros:

Dejlig ro. Flot værelse, gode senge. Lækkert morgenmad, der er hvad der skal være.
Ligger tæt på motorvejen, så hotellet er nemt at komme til.
Flinke og hjælpsomme personale. God parkering.

Cons:

Ville gerne man kunne åbne vinduet helt op.
