Really bad experience. Not worth it. Dirty.

Cons:

So many things happen here. Environment not like a Hotel at all. Door broken. Room smelly. All the bedsheet have stain & its so disgusting. Got cockroach also. Water provided in jug not clean. The room not as per advertise. I will not stay here anymore & not recommend this hotel to others too

The staff was amazing. very friendly

Cons:

everything but the staff. beds were dirty, mouldy walls, blood stains, urine stains, smelling like crap, bathroom wasn't cleaned there was hair and dirt everywhere

Just a low cost hotel
Pros:

The room looked totally different from the photos from the website. I did talk to the receptionist, she agreed to change to another better room for me for the second night. She said 150000 rupiah for the deposit and I only got back 100000 from another receptionist.

Pros:

Room is dirty (the floor, the sheets, the pillow, yellow running water). We booked a room through Expedia for 2 nights stay. Somehow when we arrive at 9pm for check-in, we were told that our reservation was cancelled was cancelled by us at 5pm that day and was not given any explanation,we had no choice but to rebook over the counter at TRIPLE the price we original had to pay. This felt like a scam honestly. Furthermore, for some reason the housekeepers always knocks at around 9am and attempts to enter even though the DO NOT DISTURB sign was clearly flashed. This is extremely disturbing. Overall,I am extremely dissatisfied with the hotel.
