Old hotel bed are not comfortable, sticky room low light noise on road side room.

No one is there after hours, we heard someone fighting around 2am and it lasted for 35 min and no one not even the police did anything. The pictures on the site are correct but in poor condition the restaurant was closed when I asked they said we don’t k is when it opens pool is behind a street vendor grilling meats and all the smoke goes into the pool area I had to ask for a tv and the door latch was broken off and the door doesn’t lock after opening the door open looks nice but looks can be deceiving.

Room was in disrepair. Very loud with jack hammer noises and loud bikes.

2night stay. Bed very lumpy and hard. Air con machines on balcony unguarded with fan exposed.woken up at midnight before check out to be told we hadn’t paid yet! Cheap but that’s about it☹️ I don’t think it’s owned by Thai people!
Frenchies bar by the pool is excellent

Good, clean with plenty of bars about and walkable to Bangla road.

Les chambres offrent le nécessaire, malgré un bruit constant à cause du système installé dans le balcon.

I have lived there for 3 months total, coming and going a couple of times, and have paid them plenty of money, was always sober and quiet at night (unlike most other guests), none of which stopped from the front desk/manager behaving in a totally outrageous manner toward me, yelling, ignoring my requests, sabotaging services due to me and more. It escalated over time and ended up being outright abusive.

In the end, she directed cleaning stuff to bypass my room, so I had no clean towels and garbage piling up (no way to dispose of it by myself without risking breaking local regulations), shut off electricity exclusively to my room, leaving me without any air-conditioning in a 40+ degree heat and did everything possible to force me to move out before the agreed upon time (even though I have already changed it before by a few dates in her favour, when it was not at all convenient to me) She even kicked the door super-loudly one of the mornings demanding for me to move out. I ended up having to go to the police and go through multiple complicated steps there that took many days in total, in order to stop this.

Keep in mind I've prepaid in advance and had not done anything that could remotely justify such conduct. Sadly, judging by what I've read in other reviews and what I'd observed this bullying behaviour is the norm for her.

When I finally could get a hold of the owner and showed the only English-speaking member of the owner's family what had occurred (literally showing her the sweltering room full of trash), she did offer a pretty sincere apology, but that hardly compensates for all of my stress, headaches, trips to police, lost time and money.
I was unable to concentrate on very important business, complete necessary phone calls or even just relax in my room in peace for the last 10 days of my stay, and it was not exactly a picnic before that either. The unbalanced person at the front desk can spoil your holiday at any time she's having her nerves act up again and there is nothing that can be done about it! You have been warned.

My partner and I stayed here for 10 days! Everything was great and staff very friendly and accommodating (helped us hire a scooter for our time here). There is a 7-11 straight across the road along with multiple restaurants at your doorstep. It is a small walk (15-20 mins walk) from the Patong Beach central area (which is great for people who don’t want to stay in the central Patong Beach as it can be extremely loud and overbearing. Rooms are very spacious, clean and a very comfortable bed. I would recommend to all my friends and family who come to Phuket. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Toute commodité autour (7-eleven en face, tout type de vendeur a etalage en bas, bar, washing machine, ....)
La rue est assez vivante est agréable.
L'hôtel possede une piscine tres agreable avec ces tables illuminées le soir, sa musique et son bar.
Un super accueil, souriant et tres agreable.
Les chambres sont spacieuses avec un grand balcon.

Good stay - bathroom needs attention and update - bathroom fan sounded like an airplane taking off until it was shut off!

We spent nearly an hour to be advised by the newly front desk receptionist that we don’t have reservation when showed her the confirmed reservation. She repeatedly advised us there was no reservation under our names and no room is available. Luckily Noi was able to help and located the reservation. Noi was very accommodating to let us leave our luggage and have beach towels for our day tour prior to our check-in. We requested a room away from the streets and traffic noise. Instead we got the room facing the loudly street. Roaring motorcycles and vehicles noise kept us up all night! The bed didn’t help much as it was hard as a rock! Even though the hotel is not near the actions but the traffic noise is unbearable!

The building itself is fairly nice, rooms are spacious, there is a big balcony BUT all of that is rendered useless because the manager/receptionist here is out of her mind! She is rude, hateful, refuses to help and yells at you if you try and fix the issues that she is supposed to help with! She is old and, perhaps, has outdated views on things, but it truly makes for a poisonous experience.
The cleaning staff, too, do not speak any English whatsoever (which is typical for Phuket, to be fair) and so you are forced to contact that manager for every little thing (there is no phone, so you must come down) when you do come down, she is often not there at all, or is busy and will make a point of making you wait forever. I ended up avoiding her, and after a few days of that she straight up yelled at me, CURSED!, and asked to move out. I refused, as I have prepaid, had set plans, and I haven't done anything wrong at all.
So instead of coming to her senses and apologising she now made the entire staff ignore me. Save yourself the trouble and stay at a place where you will feel welcome.
