Important information:

The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the card provided on the reservation in order to guarantee the reservation in case of a no-show or late cancelation. The card will be pre-authorized 3 days prior to arrival. The property strongly advises all guests to have enough funds to cover.

The guest checking in must provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the guest on the reservation.

The card used to reserve the room must be presented upon arrival for all nonrefundable reservations. If this is not possible, guests must inform the property in advance.

The total cost of the stay has to be done in full on/before arrival. Nonrefundable reservations will be charged at the time when the reservation has been made (please make sure to have enough funds in order to have the reservation confirmed).

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and hotel premises, and there is a GBP 100 penalty for violating this policy. A covered designated smoking area is available inside the building. No visitors are allowed between 22:00 and 08:00.

There is a GBP 50.00 penalty per visitor if this policy is violated. No loud noise is permitted after 22:00. There is a GBP 100 penalty if this policy is violated. Guests will have to pay for any damages to the room (including linen).

This will be charged to the card used when the reservation was made, or deducted from the deposit upon checkout. Check-in standard time: from 15:00 up to 22:00 Check-out standard time: up to 11:00 Guests checking out after 11:00 will be charged GBP 20 for every extra hour.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and has to be confirmed by the property. La stanza appare come nelle fotografie e la descrizione é veritiera.
Pros:

Posizione, cortesia staff. Vicino ai mezzi pubblici.

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto un problema con il lavandino del bagno e ci è voluto 2 giorni per risolverlo.
Un piede del letto ha ceduto però questa volta sono intervenuti prontamente.

Great if you just need somewhere to sleep for the night.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. Also surprisingly quiet for its location. A great place if you just need somewhere to crash out.
Has a separate kitchen and laundry area if you need that.

Cons:

Bed very soft but that's just my taste and some people might prefer it that way.

Très bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

J’ai aimé de le fait qu’on puisse rejoindre le centre ville rapidement sans faire 15 changements soit en bus direct,soit en métro

Cons:

Ce que j’ai le moins aimé était la douche qui avait soit de l’eau brûlante soit glacé mais pas autre chose

Pros:

Bonne localisation, arrêt de bus en bas de l’immeuble et à 10 minutes à pied de l’underground. Petite épicerie 24/24 en bas de l’immeuble. Le style de la chambre est sympa et la literie confortable, bien que le lit deux places n’est pas très large.

Cons:

La salle d’eau est vraiment toute petite avec un lave-main pour lavabo et la barre de douche ne tenait pas mais pour quelques jours, ça passe.

For the price we paid he wasn’t good enough.

The room wasn’t very clean! There was dirt & dust Ali g both window sills, toothpaste down the cupboard in the bathroom, a mysterious stain on one blanket, a tissue by one bed, empty Malteser packet under another.

Una pena que la falta de limpieza arruine el potencial del alojamiento
Pros:

La habitación es acogedora, moderna y la cama cómoda.

Cons:

La limpieza deja mucho que desear. El baño estaba en mal estado: el lavabo no tragaba bien, estaba sucio y la papelera tenía restos de huéspedes anteriores. Solo había una toalla de lavabo para tres personas y el plato de ducha resbala bastante.
En la cocina, los armarios y utensilios (sartén, tostadora, etc.) estaban sucios, por lo que tuvimos que lavarlos antes de usarlos. Las zonas comunes tampoco estaban bien: la moqueta de la escalera estaba muy sucia y desgastada, algo especialmente incómodo ya que una de nosotras es alérgica a los ácaros.
No hay ascensor ni recepción, aunque la comunicación por WhatsApp fue correcta. Además, la luz solo se enciende y apaga desde la entrada y el pestillo de la puerta no funcionaba.
La ubicación tampoco ayuda: está lejos del centro, con mala conexión en metro y aproximadamente a una hora en autobús. Como punto positivo, hay un supermercado 24 horas cerca.
En general, no lo recomendaríamos al no ser que la limpieza mejore.
