The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the card provided on the reservation in order to guarantee the reservation in case of a no-show or late cancelation. The card will be pre-authorized 3 days prior to arrival. The property strongly advises all guests to have enough funds to cover.
The guest checking in must provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the guest on the reservation.
The card used to reserve the room must be presented upon arrival for all nonrefundable reservations. If this is not possible, guests must inform the property in advance.
The total cost of the stay has to be done in full on/before arrival. Nonrefundable reservations will be charged at the time when the reservation has been made (please make sure to have enough funds in order to have the reservation confirmed).
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and hotel premises, and there is a GBP 100 penalty for violating this policy. A covered designated smoking area is available inside the building. No visitors are allowed between 22:00 and 08:00.
There is a GBP 50.00 penalty per visitor if this policy is violated. No loud noise is permitted after 22:00. There is a GBP 100 penalty if this policy is violated. Guests will have to pay for any damages to the room (including linen).
This will be charged to the card used when the reservation was made, or deducted from the deposit upon checkout. Check-in standard time: from 15:00 up to 22:00 Check-out standard time: up to 11:00 Guests checking out after 11:00 will be charged GBP 20 for every extra hour.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and has to be confirmed by the property. Guests checking in after 22:00 must inform the property in advance and extra charges will incur as follows: GBP 15 extra for the 22:00 - 00:00 interval. GBP 30 extra for the 00:00 - 02:00 interval. Det lå i et fint nok kvarter, der var bus lige uden foran døren og nem adgang til indkøb. Indtjekning og udtjekning fungerede nemt og også hurtig kontakt med udlejer. Der var både koldt og varmt vand og et velfungerende lille køkken.
Der var ret beskidt. Der var larm fra naboer og tog/metro. Sengen var stenhård. Der manglede lidt køkkenudstyr, som fx. en ordentlig køkkenkniv. Rullegardinet virkede ikke ordentligt, så hvis jeg rullede det helt op lavede det slid på væggen og både malling og væg smuldrede af ned i sengen.
It's in a really good location in London - not far from Central or tube / train stations
The room I wasn't of a great standard, was way too hot with no fan in sight. It wasn't very clean either unfortunately with hairs found on bedding and floor. The shower wasn't great either.
The apartment is perfect for two people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. After two days of stay, the towels were replaced with clean ones.
Unfortunately, the apartment doesn't have air conditioning, which was a real nuisance during my stay, as the temperature outside reached 30°C. Only a fan is available.

Location is good, near tube station and shops
This is no fault of the apartment but we was on 3rd floor for a few nights, it was far too hot, we had a fan in the room which didnt do much with the heatwave.
No lift, carrying heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs was a struggle for us girls 😫
I would recommend requesting a low floor.
Very well laid out, plenty of room in the room we needed
There is no air con. The room was like a sauna and only one fan for the whole room which just blew hot hair about.
we were here because of the harry styles concert in wembley. the bus route was only 20 minutes direct way to wembley stadium ..so nice. the house was very new and modern. lift was also available. self check-in was super easy. the room was so clean and we had everything we needed. a kitchen was hidden in the cupboard and the bathroom was also very new. the beds and cover were so cozy. national rail service station was a 5minutes walk. we liked it a lot!

The apartment is very cute and was clean. It had very comfy beds and nice linens. It’s right next to 24 hour convenience stores which was nice.

Estaba muy sucio. El frigorífico con la puerta que se caía, los cubiertos para comer muy sucios, la tostadora llena de polvo ...

The noise from upstairs. We were lucky as it wasn't late at night or that early in the morning, but you could still hear furniture moving etc.
I think the location wasn't ideal if you're not used to London. Surrey Quays was the nearest underground but trains don't run late at night. There was bermondsley but that was quite a walk.
It had everything we needed, it wasnt as close to town as i thought. But 15min walk to canada water tube station was a nice walk and got us to where we needed to be.
Flushing off the toilet wasnt fab hardly lets in any water, so doesnt flush out in one flush. Dont know if that was just our apartment or wether its the same in all apartments. Apart from that it was all good.
