Important information:

The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the card provided on the reservation in order to guarantee the reservation in case of a no-show or late cancelation. The card will be pre-authorized 3 days prior to arrival. The property strongly advises all guests to have enough funds to cover.

The guest checking in must provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the guest on the reservation.

The card used to reserve the room must be presented upon arrival for all nonrefundable reservations. If this is not possible, guests must inform the property in advance.

The total cost of the stay has to be done in full on/before arrival. Nonrefundable reservations will be charged at the time when the reservation has been made (please make sure to have enough funds in order to have the reservation confirmed).

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and hotel premises, and there is a GBP 100 penalty for violating this policy. A covered designated smoking area is available inside the building. No visitors are allowed between 22:00 and 08:00.

There is a GBP 50.00 penalty per visitor if this policy is violated. No loud noise is permitted after 22:00. There is a GBP 100 penalty if this policy is violated. Guests will have to pay for any damages to the room (including linen).

This will be charged to the card used when the reservation was made, or deducted from the deposit upon checkout. Check-in standard time: from 15:00 up to 22:00 Check-out standard time: up to 11:00 Guests checking out after 11:00 will be charged GBP 20 for every extra hour.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and has to be confirmed by the property. Guests checking in after 22:00 must inform the property in advance and extra charges will incur as follows: GBP 15 extra for the 22:00 - 00:00 interval. GBP 30 extra for the 00:00 - 02:00 interval. Please note that no check-in is available after 02:00.

Once checked in, it was great.

Use of email, text and what’s app as communication, because of all 3 I missed the check in details on what’s app which caused a problem with my check in, but once in the facilities were great apart on the first night I did not know how to log in to WiFi

HORRÍVEL E PÉSSIMA

O quarto não correspondia com as minhas expectativas e do que eu estava esperando encontrar , janela quebrada , pia entupida , botão da descarga totalmente duro e um cheiro horrível de esgoto , muita iluminação no quarto devido a janela estar quebrada e barulho de carros passando na rua por estar no térreo , limpeza e péssima eles não trocam as toalhas todos os dias , e quando trocam e apenas o lixo e as toalhas não arrumam a cama novamente … a cama de casal era uma cama muito pequena como uma cama de viúvo não dá para duas pessoas dormir !
