Important information:

The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the card provided on the reservation in order to guarantee the reservation in case of a no-show or late cancelation. The card will be pre-authorized 3 days prior to arrival. The property strongly advises all guests to have enough funds to cover.

The guest checking in must provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the guest on the reservation.

The card used to reserve the room must be presented upon arrival for all nonrefundable reservations. If this is not possible, guests must inform the property in advance.

The total cost of the stay has to be done in full on/before arrival. Nonrefundable reservations will be charged at the time when the reservation has been made (please make sure to have enough funds in order to have the reservation confirmed).

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and hotel premises, and there is a GBP 100 penalty for violating this policy. A covered designated smoking area is available inside the building. No visitors are allowed between 22:00 and 08:00.

There is a GBP 50.00 penalty per visitor if this policy is violated. No loud noise is permitted after 22:00. There is a GBP 100 penalty if this policy is violated. Guests will have to pay for any damages to the room (including linen).

This will be charged to the card used when the reservation was made, or deducted from the deposit upon checkout. Check-in standard time: from 15:00 up to 22:00 Check-out standard time: up to 11:00 Guests checking out after 11:00 will be charged GBP 20 for every extra hour.

Pros:

Las camas(colchonesy sabanas) eran muy cómodas.

Cons:

Era un sótano, sin ventilación y el baño y la cocina eran minúsculos.
No habia personal en recepción, ni nos preguntaron nunca si habíamos llegado, ni si estabamos a gusto.
Las conexiones de transporte a Londres no eran cómodas.
No habia ni una bayeta, ni una escoba.

Pros:

L'appartamento non è particolarmente spazioso ma perfettamente in linea con le aspettative e la descrizione. Inoltre lo abbiamo trovato molto confortevole. La cucina era dotata di tutto quello che è stato necessario per cucinare la cena e il bagno era comodo. Lo staff è stato molto gentile ed efficiente e l'appartamento era connesso in modo eccellente (la fermata del bus è proprio sotto casa).

Geeignet für Personen, die die Unterkunft nur zum schlafen und kleinem Frühstück brauchen.
Pros:

Liegt 1 Minute von der Busstation und 8 Minuten von der nächsten UBahn- Station. Der nach nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbare Park ist wunderschön und lädt zu Aufenthalten ein

Die Ausstattung ist sehr minimalistisch bis unzureichend- wir hatten das 3- Bett Zimmer- da gab es drei ( zusammengewürfelte) flache Teller, 3 Garnituren Besteck, 3 Salat-Schüsseln ( oder Suppenschüssel), wiederum zusammengewürfelte Gläser ( 2 Trinkgläser, 1 Weinglas und zwei Sektgläser) und 3 Häferl. An Ausstattung gab es einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, einen Wasserkocher und einen Toaster.

Die Verkehrsanbindung an die öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und die allgemeine Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut. Neben der Unterkunft gab es zwei kleine Einkaufläden.

Wir waren für sechs Tage im London Stay Apartment und sind insgesamt äußerst enttäuscht und verärgert über unseren Aufenthalt.

Bereits die Ankunft war ein absolutes Desaster: Obwohl wir unsere genaue Anreisezeit im Voraus angeben mussten, war bei unserer Ankunft niemand an der Rezeption. Auch unter den angegebenen Notfallnummern war niemand erreichbar. Wir standen über eine Stunde in der Kälte vor verschlossener Tür und wussten zeitweise nicht, ob wir die Nacht überhaupt eine Unterkunft haben oder im schlimmsten Fall auf der Straße verbringen müssen. Erst durch einen sehr hilfsbereiten Passanten konnten wir die Situation überhaupt lösen.

Besonders erschreckend war zudem die Aussage der Kioskbesitzerin gegenüber, bei der wir um Hilfe gebeten hatten. Sie bestätigte uns, dass es wohl regelmäßig vorkommt, dass Gäste vor verschlossener Tür stehen und niemanden erreichen – ein absolut inakzeptabler Zustand für eine Unterkunft.

Während der gesamten sechs Tage haben wir weder die Besitzerin noch irgendein Personal jemals gesehen. Am Abreisetag erhielten wir lediglich eine unpersönliche E-Mail mit der Aufforderung, die Zimmerkarte in einen Briefkasten zu werfen. Ein Mindestmaß an Service oder Betreuung war schlicht nicht vorhanden.

Auch die Sauberkeit war unzureichend. Der Boden im Zimmer war deutlich verschmutzt. Die Dusche war kaum nutzbar, da nur ein schwacher Wasserstrahl vorhanden war.

Der Komfort ließ ebenfalls stark zu wünschen übrig: Die Heizung verursachte nachts störende Tickgeräusche, sobald man sie eingeschaltet hat, und durch die Jalousien fiel bereits früh morgens so viel Licht ins Zimmer, dass an erholsamen Schlaf nicht zu denken war.

Insgesamt wurden unsere Erwartungen in keiner Weise erfüllt – im Gegenteil: Wir waren bereits am ersten Tag massiv enttäuscht und mussten den gesamten Aufenthalt über erhebliche Mängel hinnehmen. Unter diesen Umständen erwarten wir eine angemessene teilweise Rückerstattung des gezahlten Betrags.

The room is located in a central area, convenient for getting around easily, with the metro just a few steps away. It has everything that was expected. However, the mattress was extremely soft, to the point that you would sink into it or risk falling off. The pillows were not worth commenting on. The sheet provided was covering stains on the mattress that looked like blood or other unidentified fluids. We were very disappointed.

Overall, the room was very dusty—from the bathroom tiles, to the blanket on the bed, to the window blinds, which had a mix of dust and grease. I suffer from dermatitis and had a flare-up due to the dust on my arms and legs. The hot water in the shower lasted barely 2 minutes. It was impossible to take a proper shower, let alone two.

At least the girl who welcomed us was very kind.

Pros:

La habitación para cuatro personas es grande y limpia. Calidad precio está muy bien incluso no me importaría repetir. También alrededor hay un súper 24h.

Cons:

El apartamento está retirado del centro, hay autobús y metro cerca pero hasta los lugares de interés hay de 45min a una hora.

Calidad precio muy buena, sería perfecto si mejoraran un par de cosas.
Pros:

Buenos días, la calidad/precio estaba ajustada. Bien conectado con transporte publico. Zona tranquila y colmado 24 horas abierto al lado. El poder tener una cocina con todo sus complementos para desayunar es una ventaja grande.

Cons:

Sobretodo la cama, el colchón era muy blando e incómodo. Se lo comentamos a la chica de recepción en el check-out. También habia polvo en algunas partes de la habitación.
