Important information:

The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the card provided on the reservation in order to guarantee the reservation in case of a no-show or late cancelation. The card will be pre-authorized 3 days prior to arrival. The property strongly advises all guests to have enough funds to cover.

The guest checking in must provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the guest on the reservation.

The card used to reserve the room must be presented upon arrival for all nonrefundable reservations. If this is not possible, guests must inform the property in advance.

The total cost of the stay has to be done in full on/before arrival. Nonrefundable reservations will be charged at the time when the reservation has been made (please make sure to have enough funds in order to have the reservation confirmed).

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and hotel premises, and there is a GBP 100 penalty for violating this policy. A covered designated smoking area is available inside the building. No visitors are allowed between 22:00 and 08:00.

There is a GBP 50.00 penalty per visitor if this policy is violated. No loud noise is permitted after 22:00. There is a GBP 100 penalty if this policy is violated. Guests will have to pay for any damages to the room (including linen).

This will be charged to the card used when the reservation was made, or deducted from the deposit upon checkout. Check-in standard time: from 15:00 up to 22:00 Check-out standard time: up to 11:00 Guests checking out after 11:00 will be charged GBP 20 for every extra hour.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and has to be confirmed by the property. Guests checking in after 22:00 must inform the property in advance and extra charges will incur as follows: GBP 15 extra for the 22:00 - 00:00 interval. GBP 30 extra for the 00:00 - 02:00 interval. Please note that no check-in is available after 02:00.

Ottima posizione.
Pros:

La posizione e la vicinanza a fermata del bus che ti porta direttamente in centro. Inoltre vicinanza ad un negozio alimentari aperto H24

Cons:

La camera non era pulita a dovere, inoltre il giorno del cambio asciugamano mi hanno cambiato la busta della spazzatura e quella vecchia me l’hanno lasciata in camera. Inoltre la cucina non dispone di abbastanza utensili per cucinare, mancavano un sacco di cose.

Pros:

Large, soft mattress.

Cons:

The sink in the bathroom was so small that not even the glass provided fit under it! It was impossible to fill up the kettle or my water bottle.

Convenient, professional service and pleasant apartment 😊
Pros:

Communication was excellent. The staff were really professional and helpful.
Check in is super seamless.
Apartment clean, functional and pleasant.

Cons:

The bathroom had a mildly unpleasant odour and the room and bathroom was too warm ( made the smell worse)

L’emplacement est à quelques centaines de mettre d’une station de métro et en face d’un arrêt de bus

Cons:

L’hôtel est très bruyant et pas du tout insonorisé. Nous entendions les bruits extérieurs et surtout les conversations des chambres voisines.
Le lit était très petit pour deux et pas si confortable. Des traces d’humidité dans le plafond. En 3j aucun ménage.

Logement pratique pour un séjour à Londres
Pros:

Le bus 1 se prend devant l’appartement est nous emmène à Londres centre, le métro est à quelques minutes à pied. C’est un logement qui a un bon rapport qualité prix/prix.

Cons:

La propreté du sol est douteuse, le ventilateur du plafonnier est poussiéreux (les enfants l’ont allumé plusieurs fois).

Lovely place, would definitely go there again.
Pros:

Good size room with large enough fridge and somewhere to sit and eat. Good looking Kitchen with everything you needed if you were staying longer. it is on a main road but couldn't hear that when in the apartment

Slightly harder to find everything as I arrived later but I did work it out (probably more my fault than yours.
