Important information:

The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the card provided on the reservation in order to guarantee the reservation in case of a no-show or late cancelation. The card will be pre-authorized 3 days prior to arrival. The property strongly advises all guests to have enough funds to cover.

The guest checking in must provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the guest on the reservation.

The card used to reserve the room must be presented upon arrival for all nonrefundable reservations. If this is not possible, guests must inform the property in advance.

The total cost of the stay has to be done in full on/before arrival. Nonrefundable reservations will be charged at the time when the reservation has been made (please make sure to have enough funds in order to have the reservation confirmed).

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and hotel premises, and there is a GBP 100 penalty for violating this policy. A covered designated smoking area is available inside the building. No visitors are allowed between 22:00 and 08:00.

There is a GBP 50.00 penalty per visitor if this policy is violated. No loud noise is permitted after 22:00. There is a GBP 100 penalty if this policy is violated. Guests will have to pay for any damages to the room (including linen).

This will be charged to the card used when the reservation was made, or deducted from the deposit upon checkout. Check-in standard time: from 15:00 up to 22:00 Check-out standard time: up to 11:00 Guests checking out after 11:00 will be charged GBP 20 for every extra hour.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and has to be confirmed by the property. Kan tänka mig att bo där igen med vissa justeringar
Pros:

Lagom stort för en person. Kylskåp och mikro fungerade, viktigast. Fanns även spisplattor (se nedan). Kändes rätt så nytt och fräscht. Bussförbindelse strax utanför dörren och tunnelbanestation 10 minuter med stor Tesco intill. Blandat, vardagligt område och stor park.

Cons:

En stor nackdel för min del att det var högst upp med bara takfönster, jobbigt att inte kunna se ut bättre. Jag hade sämsta Londonvädret, men det kan nog bli präktigt hett om solen står på. Fläkt fanns.
En annan stor nackdel att belysningen i rummet bara var lysrör i taket, inte minsta lilla bordslampa, och inte ens belysningen vid spisfläkten funkade.
Det verkar som om underhållet i allmänhet gick på lite lösa boliner. Frysfacket var helt igenfruset med delar av en trasig ölflaska inbäddade. Man kan tycka att porslin, bestick och husgeråd stod i dålig proportion till matlagningsmöjligheterna - bestick, tallrikar och glas för en person, samt några matlagningsredskap som man inte hade vidare användning för eftersom stekpanna och kastruller inte var anpassade till induktionshäll.
Det tog sin tid att åka till andra änden av stan.

Pratique pour passer quelques jours à Londres
Pros:

Petit studio agréable et propre, lits confortables. Proche de plusieurs lignes de bus et de métro.

Cons:

Il manquait quelques équipements pratiques pour la cuisine et peu de place dans la salle de bain pour pendre les essuis.

Superando mis expectativas sin duda
Pros:

La habitación era amplia, estaba limpia y la cama era comodísima, quizá un pelín estrecha para dos personas altas, pero tampoco nada exagerado. La cocina tenía horno y microondas, lo cual para una persona con celiaquía es fantástico si finalmente necesita hacerse algo en casa. Además, la calidad-precio ha sido fabulosa, algo que no siempre se encuentra en Londres.

Cons:

Aunque todo ha ido estupendo, si hubiera que mencionar algo, sería que el regulador de temperatura del agua de la ducha daba la sensación de fallar a veces, siendo algo difícil conseguir agua "tibia", ya que se ponía fría continuamente. No obstante, al cabo de un rato volvía a calentarse, algo que, por lo que he oído, es relativamente normal en muchos edificios de Londres. Como consejo para futuros guests, llevaros antifaz, ya que aunque hay "persianas", no cubren la luz para nada, así que más vale ir preparado!
