Pros:

Petit déjeuner bien. Le pain à la chataigne très bien. Les plats très compliqués ne laissant plus apparaître la saveur du principal (notamment le poisson) . Nous avions plus été impressionné l'année dernière.

Cons:

Chasse d'eau à revoir.

Pros:

Le restaurant est extraordinaire et un cran au dessus de l'hôtel.

Le petit déjeuner est un peu basique, de nouveau, pas à la hauteur de l'excellent repas dégusté la veille.

Hemels eten en heerlijk geslapen
Pros:

De mensen zijn hier erg vriendelijk, niet alleen voor mensen ook voor honden. De hond mag ook mee het restaurant in wat onwijs fijn is als je met een hond reist. Het hotel zit in een prachtig en rustig dorpje waar je heerlijk doorheen kunt wandelen. Ze hebben ook een privat parking.
Het bijbehorende restaurant met zijn chef is wat mijn verblijf niet alleen goed maar fantastisch maakte. Jeetje wat heb ik zitten genieten van het eten!! Absoluut Michelin waardig en zeer terecht beloond met een ster in 2025. En wat een heerlijk personeel, uiterst vriendelijk en denken met je mee. Geen wijn paring bij het eten, dan verzinnen ze wat anders. Erg leuk!

Décevant car je salivais à l’idée de deguster de bons petits plats et le service a vraiment plombé ma soirée

La gastronomie est vraiment top !

Cons:

L’accueil froid, le service pareil, seule une jeune dame œnologue était sympa. Pour moi, bien cuisiner est certainement le point principal, mais j’aime aussi me retrouver dans un cadre chaleureux… et ce n’était vraiment pas le cas.
