Staff were polite and the grounds were well maintained. Room was very spacious. We had fun playing billiards and enjoyed the pool.

Podrían darme una habitación aun mas cercana siempre lo solicito es que a mi mama le cuesta caminar mucho, si lonprocuran pero no me dan las mas cercana pese a que les aviso con semanas de anticipación.

I check out 3 days early.
Pros:

The room was a nice double bed room with hot showers.

Cons:

There wasn't heat in the hotel. Extra blankets didn't help. Temperatures were between 47-65 degrees F. After day 3, I had to ask if they had a space heater. They found one but I was told to wait while they knew if it worked. They didn't want me hanging around the lobby. So I went back to my room and waited.... Hours later I went back to the lobby. There was someone new and she had no idea what I was talking about. I told her they put the heater under the counter. She looked and said "this". Yes, thank you. It was 800watts better than nothing.
This hotel is in the back of a development. Which means there isn't any nearby. A car is required. No taxi standing by. Cobblestone streets and sidewalks make it difficult to walk.

Lo bueno y lo malo

Sus instalaciones, su ubicación y sus alimentos.

Que te puedes morir de sed en la noche y no hay venta de agua purificada en la noche, no es posible que no cuenten con máquina vending de venta de agua o mínimo tener de venta en recepción ya que el encargado sólo se limitó a comentar que las recepcionistas no dejan agua de venta

Excelente para relajarse a 24 min caminando del malecón

Me encantó el hotel, albercas grandes una con calefacción, el desayuno también nos precio excelente 350 pesos adultos y 300 niños, pero nuestra hija solo comía media waffle cada día y los mesereros nos comentaron que por tan poco no se lo cobraban, la cantina me encantó!
Buen internet tambien

Las camas son buenas solo que son matrimoniales, un poco chicas para el estándar, pero se duerme bien

Fabuloso! Realmente para descansar
Pros:

El Hotel Real de Chapala es fabuloso, mi familia y yo nos hemos hospedado ahí muchas veces y cada vez tenemos uns mejor experiencia. Es limpio, bonito, agradable, súper tranquilo, realmente se descansa y la comida ha mejorado mucho también. El staff es muy amable. Recomendado al cien por ciento.
