HEMOS IDO UN PAR DE VECES ANTES Y SIEMPRE HEMOS TENIDO UNA GRATA EXPERIENCIA, EL HOTEL ES ANTIGUO PERO SIEMPRE LO TIENEN EN BUENAS CONDICIONES , EL TRATO DEL PERSONAL SIEMPRE FUE GRATO, LOS JARDINES ESTAN MUY BIEN CUIDADOS, EL DESAYUNO DEL BUFFET ES REALMENTE BUENO, ES UN HOTEL MUY FAMILIAR, LAS HABITACIONES SON BIEN AMPLIAS

Nice place to stay
Pros:

It was a really great location. The pools were great, staff were extra friendly and helpful. Beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Room was very spacious and had air conditioning.

Cons:

The beds were hard as a rock which wasn’t great for a full week. The walls were kind of thin so you could hear everything. During the week it was fairly quiet, but on the weekend not so much.

Great value for the space
Pros:

The staff was really accomodating and they helped with all our concerns. The room was spacious including the shower; we had one that was facing the lake. The facilities are a bit older, the jacuzzi and pool but it did work and was cleaned daily. The location was further from the malecon but not inconvenient to where you can't easily go to for dinner/food. It is a place where its best to have your own vehicle and they had free parking for it.

IT WAS ACCEPTABLE.
Pros:

THE VIEW OF THE MOUNTAINS AND LAKE ARE LOVELY. THE GROUNDS ARE WELL KEPT UP. THE WAIT STAFF WERE ALL VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. THERE WAS FOOD SERVICE ALL DAY. THERE WERE LOTS OF BIRDS AND PLANTS. YOU HAVE A CHOICE TO DINE INSIDE OR AL FRESCO. THERE IS A BAR WITH LOTS OF TVS FOR SPORTS. THE PROPERTY IS FAIRLY SECURE. THERE IS A VARIETY OF FOOD AVAILABLE. THE BREAKFAST EGGS AND OATMEAL WITH FRUIT WERE DELICIOUS THERE ARE SOME STORES AND RESTAURANTS NEARBY. THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS SAFE AND QUIET.

THE FURNITURE WAS FALLING APART. THE FIRST ROOM THEY TRIED TO GIVE ME HAD NO CURTAINS. THE BED WAS HARD AND HAD A CRINKLY COVER ON IT. THERE WAS A LOT OF TRASH BY THE LAKEFRONT. THE JACUZZI WAS BARELY WARMER THAN THE POOL, BUT FULL OF KIDS WITH TOYS MOST OF THE WEEKEND, THERE WAS MOLD/MILDEW IN THE SHOWER. THE TILES IN THE BATHROOM AND ON THE FLOOR ARE IN NEED OF BEING PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED AND SEALED. WHEN I MOVED THE COUCH SOMEONES T-SHIRT WAS UNDER IT. THE WALLS WERE COMPLETELY BARE IN MY ROOM, THERE WERE DIFFERENT DINING RULES FOR THE WEEKEND AND YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR A POOL TOWEL AT THE FRONT DESK. NO ONE TOLD ME ANYTHING UPON CHECK IN AND THERE WAS NO INFO AVAILABLE OR POSTED WITH EXCEPTION OF THE ADVERTISED SUNDAY BRUNCH. THE CHICKEN WITH MOLE WAS SHOE LEATHER SWIMMING IN A MOLE POOL DROWNING THE PLATE. THE VEGETABLES WERE HAPHAZARDLY CUT, SO UNEVENLY COOKED.
