It was a pleasant stay with friendly staff willing to help you with any issues.
We wanted to have late check out by extra two hours but hotel wanted extra charges. Decided to pack all our cases & leave them in the luggage room. We were catching an evening flight so it would have been helpful to check out two hours later. Not an issue at the end but management should look to be flexible & helpful if possible.

Friendly staff and wonderful location. They offered me a great and spacious room.

Everyone was really helpful and friendly. The room service manager, Mr. Indrajith was very helpful all the time and made sure my room was nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent a big thank you to all.
No complaints about the food . But after calling them before I went for breakfast, I had to wait 15 minutes which disappointed me.
Room size was average but nice and clean.
