Palm Oasis Maspalomas

Staff as always are very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean but could do with an update/tlc. We will be back as we like the location and staff.

Rolig, rent å hyggelig hotell

We ABSOLUTELY LOVED our holiday at Palm Oasis for lots of reasons:

1) Its location is easy.
2) The cleanliness of the whole hotel is immaculate.
3) The care of the plantation is second to non which is lovely to see in such a rain deprived island.
4) The staff were super friendly and accommodating.
5) The apartment was super big, tidy and clean with a balcony bigger than any room in our own home.
6) We will definitely go back and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Sehr schöner Pool, gutes Essen sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage und freundliches Personal. Herausragend um sich zu erholen! Anlage ist 30 Jahre alt und man sieht es aber insgesamt verdient die Palm Oasis 10 von 10 Punkten!

El bufet pésimo, fuera del hotel no hay nada está lejísimos de todo se necesita coche para moverte

Allgemein war es eine sehr schöne Zeit, in dem Hotel zu sein. Da findet man alles, was man für einen ruhigen Urlaub braucht: Nettes Personal, sauberes Pool, gute Speiseauswahlt.

Très belle chambre avec coin cuisine. Ménage fait tous les jours. Personnel très gentil. Hotel très bien entretenu en particulier le jardin. Piscine grande

Las instalaciones son estupendas, la habitación inmejorable para nosotros. El sofa para los niños fue suficientemente cómodo, y la habitacion muy confortable. El mobiliario del apartamento estaba muy nuevo, y todo muy limpio.
El personal no ha podido ser más agradable y amable.
Recomendable 100%!!!

Verzorgd, veel groen, vriendelijke personeel, goede locatie

Todo excelente desde el hotel en general como ubicación en el que está ya que tiene un alfy, varios restaurante asiáticos, italiano… hay parking que por 3 euros diarios puedes tener tu coche ya que en alrededores es complicado aparcar. El desayuno excelente mucha variedad. La habitación súper bien y grande con pedazo de terraza con hamacas. En conclusión si repetimos volveremos .

Très bon hôtel personnel très agréable appartement bien équipé et spacieux demie pension varié. Nous y retournerons ! Photo prise depuis nos terrasses..

Would suit a family with a car l

I had an amazing stay at this hotel — everything was simply perfect. The highlight was definitely the large, sparkling swimming pool, which was always clean and inviting. Surrounding the pool is a beautifully maintained garden filled with tall palm trees, creating a peaceful and tropical atmosphere.

One of my favorite spots was the cozy terrace near the pool. It offered a great selection of drinks, perfect for relaxing under the sun. The service was excellent, and the setting made it feel like a little oasis.

Another big plus was the stunning view over Maspalomas. Whether during the day or at sunset, the scenery was truly breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to relax in a beautiful and well-kept environment.

C'est notre 3ème séjour dans cet hôtel et comme chaque année se fut un vrai plaisir d'y séjourner. Nous n'avons pas eu la chambre que nois voulions initialement mais finalement nous avions vu sur la piscine au dernier étage et c'etait tout aussi bien, donc merci beaucoup de nous avoir attribué ces chambres. La femme de chambre Laura etait adorable. Les chambres sont toujours aussi propres et le ménage bien fait.
La piscine est un véritable petit paradis,nous avons même trouvé que l'eau était encore plus chaude que les autres années, on y rentre aussi facilement que dans son bain. Le revêtement extérieur de la première piscine a été refait et très bien refait. Nous avons hâte de revenir. Honnêtement si les horaires du petit-déjeuner (10h max en hiver) pouvait être un peu etendu et la qualité des mets proposés au dîner le soir amélioré, cet hôtel serait la perfection.
En attendant ce jour, on se contente de la formule appart-hotel et on revient chaque année avec le même plaisir.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. We stayed in a studio apartment which was Absolutely massive! Immaculately clean, beds so very comfortable. Room cleaned every day. Well equipped. Pools warm and super clean. Lovely jacuzzi pool. Plenty of sunbeds. Good, reasonable poolside bar, serving good menu selection, drinks and icecreams, good prices. Staff friendly. Water slide for kids. Two pools, bottom one with slide seemed to be more family orientated. Plenty sunbeds & umbrellas, and also shade from palms and pergodas. Some entertainment in the evening, but no mini disco. Aldi opposite, and a few restaurants a couple of minutes away. Taxis and buses right outside the hotel, as you really are away from Maspalomas and beach. Would recommended a car, as we did. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend. Absolutely wondwrdul, classy feel.
