Its my 3rd time time staying and i really enjoy my stay, looking forward towards my next visit after the hotel undergo renovation

bad experience ruined the first day of the trip
Cons:

Very rude staff, asked to pay extra as we took half an hour long to vacate, and then he literally shouted at us, he kept mum when we took a video of him. Rooms were not very comfy, AC took hours to cool the room. overall bad experience

Staff very helpful and issue sorted very quickly by the manager. Great participants on Songkran 😎😎

Cons:

Electricity broke in my room, I know there are renovations planned, these are desperate in areas. Bedrooms need updating, more clothes hangers needed. Better chairs for the balconies, need to recline.
