Hotel Tropicana
Pros:

The room attendants were very good. Ac and fridge were both cool.

Cons:

The room was dated. The mastic around the bath was non - existent and the shower curtain was very old. I couldn't open the balcony door easily. I had to call reception to open it . The WiFi kept going off/on. I heard other guests talking about this when I checked out.

พนักงานต้อนรับน่ารัก เป็นกันเอง โลเคชั่นโรงแรมดีมากติดหาดพัทยา ในห้องเสียงจากถนนไม่ค่อยดัง

รูปภาพที่ลง กับสภาพห้องจริงต่างกันค่อนข้างมาก สภาพห้องจริงดูเก่า โทรม ไม่ค่อยสะอาด บางห้องตู้เย็นพัง แต่แย้งแล้วพนักงานมาเปลี่ยนให้ สภาพเตียงใหญ่คือเป็น2 เตียงเล็กดันมาชิดกัน แล้วเตียงมันสูงไม่เท่ากันทำให้มีร่อง และไม่เรียบเสมอกัน ระเบียงประตูฝืดมาก ไม่มีเก้าอี้นั่งแบบในรูป ผ้าม่านเก่ามากๆหมดสภาพ จองไปทั้งหมด5 ห้อง โทรมมากกับราคาที่ได้มาคือคืนละประมาณ 1,500กว่าบาท พนักงานต้อนรับบอก อัพเกรดห้องให้จากราคาไม่มีระเบียง เป็นมีระเบียง แต่ตอนจองผ่านแอพ รูปภาพทุกอย่างดูใหม่ และมีระเบียงอยู่แล้ว

The pool was always clean, staff were extremely helpful when I accidentally purchased wrong date for my bus to bkk. They helped and got it sorted right away. Were able to help with any requests I asked.

Cons:

The air-conditioning needs a clean as the air smelt..and it wouldn't go cold. Did advise the staff and hopefully they will sort it.

Didn't like the mosquitoes. But spray kept them away as much as possible

I had a wonderful stay at the Tropicana Hotel Pattaya and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place in a great location.

What made my stay truly special were three amazing staff members: Gigi, Kim, and Nan. They are incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely care about the guests. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their knowledge, efficiency, and warm smiles made a huge difference during my stay.

As a pleasant surprise, I even received a complimentary room upgrade thanks to their kindness and excellent customer service. This level of hospitality is becoming rare and deserves special recognition.

The hotel itself is located in a quiet area, yet only a short walk from the beach and close to everything Pattaya has to offer. The beautiful tropical garden creates a relaxing atmosphere, and the two swimming pools are perfect for cooling off and enjoying the surroundings.

The breakfast is good and offers enough variety to start the day comfortably.

A big thank you again to Gigi, Kim, and Nan for making my stay memorable. They are a real asset to the hotel and one of the main reasons I will definitely return.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting Pattaya! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
