Great appartment, but you’re paying for location and supporting gentrification.
Pros:

The Location was great for exploring the city and the surrounding area. There were quite a few nice bars and food places close by. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We were constantly aware that we were contributing to a problem in what was once a more authentic area and is now definitely too gentrified. Even though there was nothing wrong with our stay per-se, the short rental scheme this location is build on left us with a kind of bitter aftertaste of contributing to Berlin’s housing problem. The cost per night also did not make sense, since we could have stayed in 5 star hotels for similar prices, although closer in the center.

Erstklassiges Erlebnis.
Pros:

Tolles Hotel. Super Personal. Erste Wahl in Berlin. Schön ruhig im Hinterhof gelegen. Parkplatz kann angemietet werden in der Nähe. Lage hervorragend.

Pros:

This is just the best place to stay in Berlin. Everything is just perfect! The apartments are just great! The location is perfect. the food in the area is just delicious! I don't know how to describe it you have to live it yourself ! For us it is HOME !
