Enorm genoten van deze accommodatie. Wij hadden de 1 gezinswoning. Heel erg mooi met een hoop faciliteiten, enorm krachtige airco's, prachtige slaap en badkamers met Disney tekeningen in de tegels. Fijne keuken en leuke overloop waar je in de avond prima kan vertoeven. Personeel is aardig, behulpzaam en spreekt goed Engels. Alles wat je over het eiland te weten wilt komen kun je aan ze vragen. Scooters zijn ook via het hotel te regelen en zijn prima betaalbaar. Geen gezeur en gedoe achteraf. Locatie is ongeveer 10 min lopen van het "bruisende" gedeelte maar ik zou lekker de scooter pakken ;)
Het zwembad zit wat ver weg van de hoofd accommodatie. Het hotel brengt je gratis daar naar toe met de TucTuc.

The Trap: Don’t let the high rating fool you. It’s based on their old complex. The "new" apartments are a disaster.
Hygiene: The place is rotting and stinks. It was crawling with cockroaches and insects everywhere.
Zero Sleep: Huge windows with no curtains at all. The sun hits your face at 6 AM. It's impossible to rest.
Zero Service: The hosts are unresponsive. No cleaning, no support, and they simply don't care.
Bottom line: A nightmare in Koh Phangan. Disgusting and unprofessional

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gute Lage.
I stayed at their new villas. This place is perfect for couples looking for a nice airbnb-like getaway. The place is new and feels well made, with tons of space, a nice bathtub, good view with a large window outlooking the forest from the bed. Staff were amazingggg (shoutout to Po!). They offer a free shuttle service from the villa to anywhere within 2 km (important to note that the villais located in a somewhat difficult road on the forest side of sritanu).
Lighting: I had to work on my laptop and the lighting was less than ideal for that. Additionally, there was a window in the room with no curtain, so light got in early morning.
