Pros:

朝食が美味しかった。システムが、分かりにくかったような？　コーヒーがもっと欲しかったです。

Cons:

お部屋に、ウェルカムコーヒー、お茶が、欲しかったです。下まで、取りに行くの、ちょっと面倒でした。
コーヒーが無かったかな？見つからなかった。お紅茶は沢山ありました。

どうエリア内最安値だったので、このホテルを選択したが、次回は選びたくない
Pros:

アメニティ類が充実している
湘南の地に合わせたビーチを意識した内装がよい

Cons:

スタッフの対応、チェックイン時刻の30分位に到着したので、荷物だけ預けようとして声をかけたところ、あと10分程でチェックイン出来るとのことだったので、フロントで待っていたが、結局チェックインまで25分近くかかった。
⚪︎その間目の前のスタッフからは全く声もかからず、現状が把握出来なかった
⚪︎更にチェックインしてから宿泊カードを出して記入するという段取りの悪さ
※どうせなにをするでもなく、待っているだけだから、この時間にカードだけでも記入出来れば、お互いに無駄な時間を減らせたはず
カードを書く時にこの旨を伝えたが、カタチだけ「すみませんでした」とは言ってくれたが、今後に活かされるとは思えなかった

Schönes sauberes Hotel, perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub!
Pros:

Das personal war freundlich, ich hatte alles was ich brauchte. Die Lage war super, 3-4 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof von dort aus 7 Minuten mit dem Zug nach Enoshima.
