Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt 👍
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war rundum zufriedenstellend, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr guter Anschluss an den ÖPNV und damit hervorragend für einen Städtetrip geeignet.
Ebenfalls positiv hervorzuheben sind die kostenlosen und sicheren Stellplätze im Innenhof.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts negatives unsererseits.

Pros:

Excelente hotel. Ubicación perfecta un poco afuera del centro en un barrio muy chic. Pero igual a 20 min de la estación central. Las instalaciones muy bien. Y el personal de recepción lo más. Volveremos!

Pros:

Freundlich . Frühstück wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt. Wenn man was hat wurde sich sofort drum gekümmert 👍👍👍👍
Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage fehlt . Beim Frühstück hätte mich gefreut wenn auch Brötchen und Aufschnitt dabei gewesen wäre .

Great Hamburg experience
Pros:

Property itself was characterful and set on a leafy and quiet street. Good choice of underground stations nearby for exploring hamburg. The hotel restaurant, Mazza, serves amazing Syrian food. We ended up eating there twice .. on a 3 day stay.

Cons:

Weather had peaked to upper 30’s but rooms were not air conditioned, staff offered a fan which the cleaning staff turned off (and closed windows) during the day.

Pros:

Very good Location close to the Metro line and a lot of cute Cafés and Shops nearby. The rooms are clean, designed well, but pretty small. There‘s free parking available behind the hotel.

Cons:

There is no AC, no fridge and considering all of that as well as the room size the Price for a Double room felt too high.

Ich kann das Hotel mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen
Pros:

Im Hinterhof gibt es einen riesigen Parkplatz der am Wochenende frei ist, das Zimmer war angenehm zu verdunkeln, sehr ruhig gelegen und sehr sauber

Dem Badezimmer hätten ein paar Quadratzentimeter mehr sehr gut gestanden

Sehr schöne, entspannte Atmosphäre ohne die übliche Hotel-Steifheit. Mit Komfort und Service waren wir rundum zufrieden.
