Das "YoHo" besticht durch tolles Ambiente, stets freundliches Personal und die gute Lage

Das "YoHo - The Young Hotel" besticht durch sein tolles Ambiente und das stets freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Die Zimmer waren modern und großzügig eingerichtet. Sämtliche Mitarbeiter/innen hatten immer ein offenes Ohr für die Anliegen der Gäste. Das Hotel war sehr einladend und sauber. Weiterer Pluspunkt war die gute Lage. Das Schanzenviertel ist innerhalb weniger Gehminuten erreichbar. Auch die U-Bahn-Haltestelle "Schlump" liegt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Von dort aus kann man dann Hamburg mit dem ÖPNV erkunden.

Klasse Hotel in guter Lage. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Personal sehr nett.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen zauberhaften und entspannten Aufenthalt als Familie zu Dritt. Das Zustellbett war groß und sehr bequem - Für uns im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Uns hat besonders gut gefallen, dass das Frühstücksangebot so minimalistisch ist und und der Preis daher zum Frühstückshunger sehr gut gepasst hat!

Das Frühstück war sehr dürftig, dazu eine wenig empathische (Fach)-Frau, die am Tresen stand und auf Anfrage antwortete.
Dies hinterließ einen weniger guten Eindruck. Leider.
