Was well worth the trip! My children loved it. The experience is one we will remember.
Pros:

Loved being right in the French Quarter. Also loved the garden area in the middle of the buildings, very cozy and relaxing.

Cons:

Didn’t like the options for parking. Not enough information about parking prior to our stay. Was not aware of how many flights of stairs we had to climb. That probably needs to be told ahead of time. My husband has very bad knees.

Great location, just for sleeping.
Pros:

Located in French Quarter, close to ‘French Market’. Great location. Two good bed rooms great beds and decent shower.

Cons:

The ‘living room’ is not a room, it’s a 5 ft wide corridor with a couch.
Kitchen is ok, but only very small tabel and some stools to sit on.

This property was beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed!
Pros:

Perfect location within walking distance of cafes and markets.

Cons:

The walls are pretty thin and you can hear a lot of outside noise throughout the night.

Overall good, I would recommend.
Pros:

Location was perfect for walking to the French market and bourbon. The room was tastefully decorated and clean.

Cons:

The small window unit was STRUGGLING to cool the front part of the room and didn’t do anything for the back room where you sleep.

Not good for a family. People smoking weed in the lobby. No mention of 3 stories of stairs to reach your room. Parking was the absolute worst. Definitely don’t stay in the French quarter if you can help it

It was like being at home, definitely better than staying at a hotel with a group.

Unit met our expectations…. Was a little disappointed in the smell but it is in hot humid New Orleans after all.
Pros:

Perfect location for exploring the French Quarter. Located on a more quiet street so not much noise. Loved the huge TV in the master bedroom where we could all watch together.

Cons:

Musty smell in the room. Once in the room we did get used to it. Also the 2nd bedroom didn’t have air conditioning or any air flow if the door was closed but we made do. We had a ground level unit just off the courtyard so we did hear party-ers coming home at 2am. Not so much the property’s fault but inconsiderate people thinking they are the only ones in the world.

The location was great, the apartment itself was lovely and really nice, clean, with good amenities.
Cons:

Many stairs to climb to the 3rd floor - would be ok but I am an old person. It was a challenge but, apart from that it was very nice place to stay and enjoyable.

Uncomfortable and worn outside seating on balcony. Minute ruining board. Lack of luggage storage on site and poor internet connection which affected TV and mobile usage.
