Calm oasis in beautiful surroundings. Inner courtyard and roof terrace for sun and relaxation. All staff are friendly and very helpful.

The entrance to Poeta is hidden in a small alley - behind the door it’s like stepping into another world with the lush garden atrium.
Staff were welcoming and helpful at all times.
Rooms are big, beds comfy and it’s a lovely environment to relax.

My favorite part of the hotel besides the beautiful courtyard & very nice breakfast & desk staff is the guitar playing each evening! Fantastic!

The hotel is visually very charming and our room and bathroom were a very comfortable size for 2 people with luggage! The location was very convenient to the beautiful Cathedral, Mosque and Alcazar as well as charming tapas bars and neighbourhood restaurants. The staff at the hotel couldn’t have been more helpful! The breakfast too, was delicious and the service so attentive.

Beautiful old building with a central courtyard. Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with first class service.
Bathroom was on the small side with the shower over the bath. This could be an issue for anyone with mobility issues.
The hotel was absolutely charming, in the middle of old town. It had an open courtyard in the middle of the hotel, which was beautiful. We were welcomed with a drink and quickly escorted to our room. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back.
It was a little difficult to find, but once we found it, we had no issue!
L’emplacement de l’hôtel est tout simplement irréprochable : en plein cœur de Séville, tout se fait à pied, et pourtant on a le sentiment d’être dans un havre de paix dès que l’on franchit la porte.
Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été exceptionnel. Le personnel a été aux petits soins, d’une grande gentillesse et toujours attentif au moindre détail. Nous avions un niveau d’espagnol… disons très limité 😊 et ils ont pris le temps de s’adapter, en nous parlant en anglais et en français avec beaucoup de bienveillance.
On se sent réellement attendu, écouté et accompagné tout au long du séjour.
Un lieu que je recommande sans la moindre hésitation. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

A beautiful boutique hotel right in the centre of the old Town
The hotel was in a fantastic location perfect
for walking around the tourist sights, the Cathedral was magnificent. The car parking arrangement was great, and the staff were fabulous. The room and bathroom were very clean with plenty of coffee, water and bathroom toiletries and lovely towels.
The room was facing the inner courtyard with a curtain, unfortunately there was no direct light into the room.

L'emplacement géographique idéal dans le vieux centre historique à quelques centaines de mètres de tous les sites remarquables à visiter. Le calme car l'hôtel est dans une petite rue piétonne.
