Unacceptable Spackled Bath tub
Pros:

Pet friendly. Welcoming and friendly staff.

Cons:

The bathtub was spackled and unfinished. I can't believe that the room was not blocked off to be repaired.

I left home to enjoy a nice hot bath since my home currently does not have one. This was extremely disappointing.

I should be credited back for the room or offered a complimentary two night stay for a future date.

Our stay was fun and relaxing.
Pros:

Breakfast was very delicious! The night time bonfire was fun to sit around. The hotel was very close to the building we needed to go to the next day, great restaurants and beaches nearby. We drove the Venice beach to see the canals.

Cons:

There was a bit of an unpleasant conversation with the manager checking us in. My 5 year old needed to use the restroom while we checked in and the manager refused to answer my question after I asked 3 different times regarding where the lobby restroom was. We had driven 3 hours to get to the hotel and my 5 yr needed to pee. I had already given the manager my id and my name. I sternly told him the urgency and he finally told me where it was.

The room was nice and clean but had allergies flare up - maybe dog hair in the circulating in the a/c. We were on the first floor and there were dogs in other rooms on the same floor.

We only got 1 time full service ( change bed sheets) and 1 time refresh during 8 nights of stay. Despite the breakfast being good for value it got very very busy during breakfast hours with long waits and no table to seat

The staff was rude, disrespectful, cursed in front of my daughter, unprofessional, asked my elderly mother to move out of the way so they can watch the game on TV, told our group to 'shut up' at 6pm in the lobby...I can go on. I have everything written down as our entire group had a HORRIBLE experience with Brian Dominguez (the supervisor who was acting manager).

Easy access from the staff people are great private quiet would stay again

Just OK property was old, but things were working conditions. New updates needed for the wrong cabinets, toilet shower, showerheads, mattresses, chair, couches, etc..
