Pros:

Hotel v dobré pěší vzdálenosti od Ponte di Rialto a Piazza San Marco. Čistý pokoj, funkční topení, teplá voda i v noci. Na pokoji k dispozici káva, čaj, konvice. Tichá lokalita. Báječná paní na recepci ♡. Byla jsem zde ubytovaná již po druhé a těším se na příště.

l'accueil est au top et l'hôtel est très bien situé et sécurisé
le petit déjeuner est copieux et la salle est très calme et agréable

chambre froide à notre arrivée car le radiateur n'avait pas été mis en route, première nuit très froide mais personnel très réactif le lendemain pour nous fournir une couverture

Pros:

Está muy céntrico, al lado de la plaza de San Marcos. Decoración muy bonita y se estaba muy calentito para el frío que hacía fuera. Además tienen el detalle de regalar una botella de champán.

Cons:

El hotel anuncia recepción 24 horas y no es verdad. La comunicación es por whatsapp. Un día bajé a las 8.00 de la mañana (el desayuno indica de 8 a 10) y estaba todo apagado, no había nadie. Les escribí por whatsapp para pedir por favor que por lo menos encendieran la máquina de café, y su respuesta es "que yo no tenía el desayuno contratado y que tenía que pagar 12 eutos". Lo que no era verdad, y era ya el cuarto día que desayunábamos allí. En vez de disculparse por el retraso, intentaron eso. En fin. La calefacción por la noche la apagan (estábamos a 1 grado en la calle) y dormimos con camisetas térmicas. Pedí que la encendieran y dijeron "que era central".

Sejurul a fost superb datorită orașului , și faptului ca era aproape centrul de hotel.

Mobilier foarte vechi, chiar deteriorat.. nu exista minibar, am cerut par mare dublu și de fapt erau 2 lipite ..
