Convenient, nice, good value for money
Pros:

A walking distance from all attractions, simple, nice, clean, good value for money. The service was very nice . It was my daughter's birthday and we were treated to a bottle of proseco. It was a nice gesture and really appreciated by us. Thanks again.

Publicidad engañosa con las fotos , pésimo hotel sucio y con mal olor

El lugar no tiene relación con las fotos que muestran ya que están mejoradas con IA o son muy antiguas , el hotel estaba sucio mal oliente desde que uno entra, desordenado y con baaauta en la entrada, fue tan mala la experiencia que pedimos cancelar la reserva y que nos devolvieran el dinero ya que era publicidad engañosa, pero no quisieron devolvernos nada y nos ofrecieron cambio de pieza que era un poco mejor pero distaba mucho de lo que uno espera según las fotos .
El baño de la primera habitación no funcionaba , y tampoco funcionaba el aire acondicionado .El
Personal mal educado y poco amable , ante nuestros reclamos respondían mal , pésima experiencia no recomendable en lo absoluto .

Pros:

Great location and reception! The staff was kind and attentive. They even surprised us with a bottle of wine for our honeymoon!

Cons:

Shower is hard to squeeze in and out of and it is dimly get, but you get what you pay for so we knew this before booking.

Parfait, deux nuits en plein coeur. Spacieux et propre

L'emplacement idéal.
Chambre spacieuse avec sdb très correcte pour l'Italie.

La habitación tenia poca luz tanto en baño como en la habitación. No nos dieron el control del aire acondicionado. La limpieza no era muy buena. Tiene muchas escaleras se hace tedioso con el equipaje.

Prix absolument pas justifié !!!
Pros:

Proche de la place Saint Marc et propreté de la chambre.

Cons:

La qualité des équipements :
Le sèche cheveux et la télévision ne fonctionnaient pas.
Pas de gel douche dans la chambre et les serviettes de bain n'ont pas été changées.
Nous l'avons signalé, mais rien n'a été fait. Le lit double était en fait, 2 matelas tenus ensembles par un drap housse, si bien que pendant la nuit, on tombait dans la séparation !!
Du coup, literie pas du tout confortable.
Le petit déjeuner, payable d'avance, 12€/personne, en liquide ?!?! de 8h à 10h.
Nous sommes descendus à 8h30, rien n'était prêt !
Et pour 12€, tranches de pain, 1 croissant, jambon et fromage en tranches et beurre, confiture, Nutella en portions individuelles...
Personnel quasi inexistant et peu aimable.
Faire le check-in avant d'arriver, sinon vous n'avez pas de code d'accès à la porte d'entrée et comme il n'y a personne, vous restez dehors....
Bref, 600€ pour 3 nuits, arnaque totale !!!!
Jamais été déçus comme cela.
Nous ne recommandons pas du tout cet hôtel et pourtant nous voyageons beaucoup, mais c'est la première fois que nous laissons un avis, et très défavorable en plus !!!
