Very good place to stay and good value.
Pros:

Some of staff need more training in customer service to meet the standards more common in the very good hotels. Of special note, Oksana was outstanding in terms of assistance!

We had a very nice clean room with balcony, very well equipped: fridge, slippers, coffee, amenities. The stuff was very nice and very helpful. We went downstairs for dinner, and the food was delicious. A very nice hotel, definitely can recommend

Excellent option if you come to Lviv in business or leisure programme. Ample and comfortable rooms, good restaurant. Pretty well equiped for emergencies: bunker, spare generator, water reservoir. A real safe heaven in those hazardous times.

The place is friendly, reasonable prices, tasty breakfast, but the preparation was poor, we had to spend 2 hours heating the room, it was cold. The reservation was made 50 hours before the arrival, so next time you guys better be ready to welcome guests in the warm room—7/10 total score.
