Increíble ubicación, a cuadra imedia de la ameda y a una cuadra de las plazasas importantes, la habitación estaba limpia y bonita, aunque como está en el centro hay exceso de ruido, con una ventana tipo balcón increíble, la cama un poco dura, las TV no funcionan rente tres habitaciones y ninguna servía, el.ppersonal no resolvió el problema, no cuenta con estacionamiento, el recepcionista del domingo un chico genial amable y cortés

Definitely Worth the upgrade to the master suite. A nice place to stay especially on the weekend. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

It was great and lovelu 15 years ago when I visited for the first time. August 2025, was a different story, it has leaks, spots in walls and seilings, depressing.
Booked a deluxe room, no complaints, had a garden access w gated door, used the strap and lock from our Loctote travel bag to secure the door at night. Allowed us to put the fan in front of it and then we had excellent airflow. The young girl at the desk was friendly. Slight issue at the desk during check in. Has happened to me a few times in Mexico. Seems they cant tell that I have already paid in full, glad I bring detailed receipts.

El lugar es bonito, pero lo podrían tener mucho mejor. Muchos detalles que pulir. Me gustó la limpieza, lo céntrico y el silencio dentro del hotel.
Es un hotel muy cómodo, muy acogedor, y está muy bien ubicado, con acceso al centro histórico, a transportes, restaurantes, lugares para relajarse.
