Shower not quiet working
Location is perfect
It is not clean and very old.
Nice place to stay in this part of Istanbul. We had a balcony with the Seaview. Architecture of the building is beautiful and old fashion styled.
There are a few points you can improve:
- Fix the air condition, it starts to drip after 15 minutes of working. We had to put towel beneath.
- Fridge didn't work properly
The staff are just great welcoming people and they did their best to help us with everything we wanted eventhough it was only a one night stop for us. Super friendly.super helpful.

Everything was good
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was always a lovely interaction, especially with the cleaning lady. The location is great for connectivity and transport. The buses to and from the airport are just a short walk away, the port is also just basically across, and there are several small, local restaurants nearby, as well as a couple of grocery stores and pharmacies. Everything you need is within reach of this hotel. There was alao a cute puppy and sassy kitty that would hang out in the lobby. They kept me company while waiting for my room to be ready.
The facilities and building itself are clearly an old building. It could use some polishing up and some repairs, but it didn't take away from our experience.
A simple room that had things I needed for 1 night stay.
There was a desk but no chair, which made eating and applying makeup difficult.

- during our stay the room wasn’t cleaned even once and the towels where only replaced with fresh ones after we went to the staff and asked

The shower and toilet were leaking and creating a puddle all over the floor.
The ceiling was very low, almost 80% of the room area- standing was not possible and you had to crouch.
