L emplacement dans la partie ancienne de la ville

Cons:

Nous avons retrouvé un pv sur notre voiture alors que l hôtel nous avait fait payer un pass à apposer sur le pare brise. Nous espérons que l hôtel va arranger cela.

Pros:

L'hotel si trova praticamente di fronte al Palacio National, quindi nella parte superiore di Sintra che è quella più carina. Non dispone di un parcheggio proprio però consegnano una specie di pass (12€ al giorno) con il quale si può sostare in strada di fronte all'hotel (Sintra è una città molto sicura e tranquilla). Colazione ottima, si trova di tutto dolce e salato. A 20 minuti a piedi si arriva alla Quinta da Regaleira (una delle due attrazioni di Sintra).

Preço e ranking do hotel demasiado alto para aquilo que realmente estava a ser oferecido, dava 3 estrelas no máximo.

A simpatia do staff do check in e check out

Cons:

Decoração muito velha, não é um hotel de cinco estrelas a partir do momento que nem gel de banho, escova de dentes descartáveis e chinelos descartáveis tinha a disposição do hóspede. Pequeno almoço muito pobre em variedade de escolha.

The hotel is located in an excellent area!
Pros:

The property had an excellent location. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The buffet was very good with a wonderful variety.
They had a very nice gesture on my birthday. I received a delicious dessert.

Cons:

The only inconvenience was the closure of the road to drop off the luggage. We had to walk a very long distance with all the luggage to get to the hotel.
