Pros:

Struttura in posizione strategica, camera con finestra che dava sul paese molto suggestiva,parcheggio praticamente davanti all’ingresso

Wouldn’t stay here again unless the put in charging plugs bedside.
Pros:

Very helpful staff. Good breakfast (except the espresso).

Cons:

No plugs at bed for charging phone. No available plugs in the room at all. Inexcusable in 2026. Very poor internet. Espresso at breakfast was the worst I’ve had in Europe in years.

Wonderful location, helpful staff…..do not drive there yourself.
Pros:

The staff was very kind and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and most of all, it was in the center of the historic district.

Cons:

Driving and parking was a meltdown nightmare. Lots of one way streets that Waze and Apple Maps don’t recognize as one way Some are one way while traffic progresses, then traffic in the opposite direction takes over. There are also steel poles that rise up out of the ground to prevent you from passing and you must “have authorization” to make them receded so you can pass. Waze does not recognize these barriers either. It was not until we checked out that the staff said most guest hie a car to deliver them and do not drive. Good luck finding a parking spot either. My recommendation….DO NOT drive in Sintra.

I’d love to stay again. Great value- very nice hotel

Pros:

Upgrade to a suite for a better view. Ours was a corner room and it's spacious with separate living room. Breakfast was good with enough choices.

Be prepare for crowds if you come in the summer months.

Great location. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Good breakfast in the adjoining cafe.

Parking isn't easy, although staff were helpful and let us park overnight in a 15min bay outside.

Una estancia maravillosa
Pros:

El servicio fue excelente, la habitación impecable, el recepcionista nos atendió muy bien nos dio un mapa para llegar al parking, las vistas geniales, nos ha encantado.

Cons:

Por poner algo, aunque la ubicación es genial, aparcar ahí es complicado porque siempre hay tuk tuks, el parking está a 300 metros por 12€ al día, volver en coche al hotel es complicado. Pero ese es el encanto de estar en el centro.
