Wir haben für unsere erste Nacht nach Landung in LA eine ruhige Unterkunft gesucht. Die Lage an sich ist super. Die Region Big Bear Lake ist wahnsinnig schön. Früh gebucht und guten Preis enthalten
Unkomplizierter schneller Check In und Check Out

Cons:

Kein Haartrockner auf den Zimmern
Viel abgelegener als es den Anschein hat. Die Umgebung ist toll, aber eben nicht direkt im Ort
Sehr in die Jahre gekommen und an den üblichen "Ecken" war es schon etwas schnuddelig, aber für uns und Zwischenstop war es trotzdem okay
Ein Fenster war kaputt d.h. es war immer einen Spalt auf.

Man muss ja immer ein wenig differenzieren: es ist halt ein Motel; für ein bis drei Übernachtungen wäre es für uns vollkommen in Ordnung, wenn das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt

I am writing to report an issue that occurred during my recent stay.

The official checkout time was 11:00 AM. At around 10:00–10:30 AM on Sunday, I returned to my room and found that housekeeping had already entered the room and completely cleaned it, assuming that I had checked out. However, I had not checked out yet, and I had not dropped off the room key.

All of my food items were removed and discarded, including coffee, milk, two unopened packages of beef jerky from the refrigerator, as well as takeout food that was on the table.

Although I had taken most of my belongings to my car earlier, I intentionally left the food items in the room because I was planning to return before checkout.

I immediately reported the situation to the front desk staff member, Jason, who told me that he would report the issue to the manager. However, it has now been about a week and I have not received any response, explanation, or follow-up.

Entering a guest’s room and disposing of personal items before the official checkout time, without confirmation, is not acceptable.

I would appreciate a response regarding this matter and an appropriate resolution.

Not that bad of a stay it was very comfortable overall.
Pros:

I liked how it had nice lights in the night and it wasn’t that bad to get inside overall.

Cons:

I was just confused for a moment to open the shower but figured it help the staff helped for a tip in the office.

The location was good compared to the mountain and downtown.

Cons:

The rooms were dirty. The sheets had stains all over them and old hairs. Asked for new sheets and those were given to us but were unfortunately just as dirty. There was weird stains on the walls too.
