The welcome process, room amenities, and opportunities are perfect. If you want to stay on your business trip near of Tuyap convention center then the location is very good.
Breakfast is awful, the food is old omelette is with an additional charge. Was surprised that Turkish people in restaurant service are not welcome and do not know the menu. The staff definitely needs very good training.

Wrost hotel, wrost cleaning. They are turn of wifi after 00:00. İ never suggest this hotel

Gayet Temiz, Rahat bir konaklama oldu. metrobüse yakın, avm lere yakın.

Was not easy to locate in a side street, and an overall unimpressive location with minimal choice of places for dinner in the immediate vicinity (I found just one within a short walking distance). Check-in was okay but somewhat cold and impersonal, and the room was comfortable and clean, although the wide and characterless corridors left me with the feeling that I was in an office building rather than a hotel.
Breakfast was a disappointing experience, with a poor selection and lack-lustre staff who started clearing away several minutes before end of service, at which time the TV was switched off and the staff went out onto the terrace for a cigarette! I certainly felt less-than-welcome in the breakfast room!!
Overall this hotel lacks any warmth and personality, and I would not make a return visit.

lüks aramayipta bikac gün işimi görsün diyorsanız tercih edilebilir. temizlik çok iyi değil odaya girdiğimde göstermelik bir temizlik yaptıkları direk göze batıyor. oturmak için koydukları 2 koltuk pislikten rengi değişmiş ben otel yönetiminde olsam asla onu oraya koymam. kahvaltı ac bırakmaz ama çeşit olsun lezzet olsun vasatti.fiyat performans olarak iyiydi.

otelin değişik bir konsepti var. Avm gibi bir binanın içinde. Elemanlar yardımcı ve güler yüzlü. Sadece konaklamak için kullanılabilecek bir otel. Aile ile konaklamayı önermem.

Quite clean, bad staff, it’s far away from downtown. Because of bad staff, I don’t recommend this hotel to my friends.

Unglücklicherweise waren die Herren an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich und patzig. Außerdem hat das WLan auf dem Zimmer nicht funktiniert. Lediglich in der Lobby hatte man Zugang zum Internet.

Çok iyi bir işletme. Hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık.

The hotel is okay overall, but the walls seem to be made out of cardboard. You could literally hear every single word said in the room beside yours, therefore you can't enjoy a private stay in this hotel.

酒店距离TUYAP展馆挺近的，有车接送到展馆，5分钟内的车程即可到达。但是附近可供休闲跟逛街的地方就不是很多，距离Taxim广场差不多一个小时的车程……去老城区那边，坐metrobus跟电车，也要45分钟左右。远。。打的的话，确保没塞车就会快些。不过，酒店门口附近就有车站，比较方便。
前台非常热情，一有问题都很乐意并及时帮忙解决。点赞…………不过，酒店的早餐就一般般，可供选择的东西不是很多。。。。这点就应该改善下了。
