Poor maintenance. Staffing sparse.

Bedding was dirty. Crumbs and hair on the sheets. Couldn't sleep with the yelling and fighting, running up and down the Halls, doors slamming, dogs barking and fist fight in the parking lot outside my room. All this took place from 1:00 am to 6:00 am. Beware of pimps and hoes working.

Walls are too thin🤣🤣 & every room doesn't have a microwave or fridge you have one or the other if you have a fridge you don't have a microwave and vice versa

La experiencia fue horrible en medio de la madrugada alguien puso gas pimienta por los conductos del aire acondicionado y por pocos morimos tuvimos que salir de emergencia había gente vomitando y yo casi me desmayo tuve que tirarme en el piso yo pienso que lo hicieron para robar pero todos nosotros salimos con las carteras y celulares.! Luego dijeron que fue una pelea y que con el gas uno de ellos se defendió. El gas pimienta era un pote negro y grande nadie anda con ese gas encima para defensa propia no tiene lógica porque no te cabe ni en el bolsillo y mucho menos en una cartera. Nadie hizo nada ni la policía ni el hotel. Ahora Ni el hotel ni Booking nos quieren devolver el dinero. Y tuvimos que irnos para el hotel Rodeway Inn que Gracias a Dios a esa hora de la madrugada nos pudieron dar una habitación pero fueron $$200 dólares más.!

The room overall was pretty uh. Hm. Well it was clean, but it wasn't near what you would expect for the cost. There were also no shampoo/conditioners/lotions in the room, and the hallway, well it smells very bad. Credit due, however. You could not smell the hall from the room.

Abit dated and worn out but it was clean and the staff in reception were friendly and helpful - you get what you pay for this is basic but in my opinion not deserving g of some of the awful reviews it has been given. We stayed with young children and it was fine.

1. The bathroom smells better than the room itself cuz the room smells like urine even though we’ve sprayed it with constantly with poo-pourri
2. The rooms were so thin you could everything with people walking above your room, people having disagreements, playing loud music regardless of what time it was
3. Saw some unsavory people staying at the motel
4. Location next to a busy street that you hear vehicles passing by constantly
5. Wasn’t cheap either. Paid over $200 for a room that is not worth it. Only stayed cuz we have a very early flight (we left before 5am)
6. The beds have metal frames that it hurts when you bump it in the middle of the night going back from the bathroom
7. Was just provided 2 small bars of soap
8. Have to scrubbed the doors on the side cuz it was covered with black stains, drawer and dresser tops dusty, bed bugs? cuz I was itchy when I went to bed (wish I brought a sheet to cover the bed)

It’s honestly questionable how this motel is even still open. The entire place was extremely dirty from top to bottom. The hallways had stained carpets, the windows were filthy, and there was a horrible smell throughout the building that’s hard to even describe.

Inside the rooms, things didn’t get any better. The shower curtains in both rooms had visible mold, there were holes in some of the walls, and the bed comforters were clearly overused and worn down. We even found hair that didn’t belong to us, which was very unsettling.

We were also not informed that smoking and pets were allowed in the rooms. This was a major issue since some people in our group have asthma, and the air quality made it very uncomfortable.

Overall, this was a very disappointing and concerning experience. I would not recommend staying here.
