Terrible. Find somewhere else to stay.
Pros:

Location is good, and the staff is friendly. That's all.

Cons:

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. The whole thing is poor quality. The rooms are small, the bed is terrible, pillows horrible. The bathroom is kind of repulsive. The whole room smelled like a homeless person had been living there for weeks.
Pay a few dozen bucks more and stay in some other place.

Don’t charge for parking like the one downtown does. Staff was nice.

I just wanted a place to sleep without a lot of amenities I wouldn't use, but it was pretty basic.
Pros:

The room was clean and I felt safe. The blackout drapes construction was ineffective. It was quiet, even with adjacent exterior stairs. I just wanted a place to sleep, so it met my needs and it was a convenient location.

Cons:

The room was clean but the bathroom was quite beat up. The fan kind of hung there and was noisy, the shower was weirder than a cheap motor home, the the bright lights from outside came in above the blackout drapes, making the room too bright. There was no shampoo or hair dryer.
