Местоположението на хотела е супер за нашата работа в Мертер, но е доста стар и занемарен.

Cons:

Хотела е като парник. В стаите е страшно задушно и климатичната инсталация не работи добре, защото най-вероятно е твърде стара и амортизирана. Хотела има нужда от основна реновация!
