Lindo casarão histórico restaurado. Mário, Blanca e todo o staff são muito amáveis. Nos sentimos em casa. Cama, toalhas e lençóis extremamente confortáveis. Amenidades de boa qualidade. Tem água disponível para os hóspedes, o que é uma ótima comodidade. Tem um terraço agradável. Café da manhã com sucos e frutas frescas. Janelas com isolamento acústico permitem um sono de boa qualidade.

Mario and Blanca, Maria and the other staff made it a home away from home. Spotless clean and a beautiful house.

Espectacular alojamiento en el centro histórico de Quito. Una casa colonial preciosa reformada con instalaciones comodísimas, cama muy cómoda, bien insonorizada.
Muy buena ubicación se puede ir andando a todos los sitios de interés del centro histórico.
Los dueños y personal ofrecen un trato inmejorable, amables te ayudan con todo con recomendaciones de restaurantes lugares a visitar etc te ofrecen todas las facilidades para que tu estancia sea estupenda.
Desayuno casero de primera calidad y preparado con mucho mimo.
Sin duda si volvemos a Quito repetiremos en este hermoso lugar.

This is a family run boutique hotel, but the service was incredibly prompt, attentive and overall excellent. He answered every question, honor every request with earnest. His wife was friendly, which made us feel totally at home. The hotel itself is in a nice location, a few minutes from the Old town where we have dinner every night. He also helped arranged for day tours which were excellent and much more resonable than going through a tour company. Overall a ver good stay. I highly recommend it!

If you ever want to feel that you are staying as a family friend rather than a hotel client in Quito, then Casa El Eden is the place for you. Mario and Blanca could not be more attentive or helpful, yet also give you your personal space around their beautiful Casa. The graceful old building has been gorgeously restored, and updated where necessary, and is spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious and we had no trouble with street noise. The centre of Old Town is a 10-minute walk away through Quito's narrow, bustling streets. Don't be put off by street photos that seem rather shabby - most of Quito is like that, crowded with small shopfronts. Behind the elegant wooden doors of Casa El Eden is an oasis!

This is such a lovely place. It’s over a100 years old upgraded in a rustic style. There’s a roof skylight that brightens up all 3 floors. The rooms are spacious & clean. Mario & Blanca live on the premises & are the perfect hosts.
They truly go above & beyond.
This place has good energy & your hosts make you feel you are staying at your home away from home.
Breakfasts are delicious & very filling.

I hope to visit again. It’s been a pleasure.

Loved everything. It’s a building with so much character and it’s be done incredibly tastefully. The couple who manages the building is the most kind, warm and super welcoming. Perfect stay.

From the moment we were greeted at the door by Mario with his warm smile, we felt like we were being welcomed as family. His eagerness to please, guide and assist in any matter was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was also special, sharing the dining table with other guests, discussing travel stories and being fed delicious food by the lovely cooks.
This hotel is truly beautiful, respectfully restored to the Grand Dame that it is, and filled with stunning antiques. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The location within the historical centre was convenient and easily accessible by taxi. The rooftop terrace was also a lovely place to unwind at the end of the day and enjoy the lovely views over the city. A very memorable stay, thank you!

Well maintained 120 years house. Spacious room. Well taken care by the owners, they make my visit to Quito extra heart warming.

Quito is a wonderful City and well worth three or four days.

If lucky enough to visit then we encourage you to stay here at Casa El Eden. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of The Old Town. The rooms are super large, spotlessly clean and better than that; you are staying with family 💚

The property is situated in the old historic center. Near the important buildings and restaurants as well. Very clean. Bed’s comfortable. And Señor Mario made sure all the guests feel at home.
