A charming gem in the heart of Quito. Highly recommend
Pros:

What a wonderful little gem in the historic centre of Quito – it’s rare to find places like this today. Casa El Edén is a beautifully restored colonial townhouse with a lovely patio and a small rooftop terrace.

Señor Mario and Señora Blanca are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts, making you feel at home from the first moment.

The location is perfect, with many sights within easy walking distance, and we felt safe at all times. A reliable airport transfer can also be arranged.

Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Charming property.
Pros:

Beautifully and lovingly restored 120 year old house with very big bedrooms and quality 7 foot wide comfortable bed with soft pillows. Nothing to fault.
The owner Mario and his wife_Blanca were very welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike!!

I would recommend this boutique hotel in a heartbeat.
Pros:

This is one of the most magnificent boutique hotel I have been too. The property is well decorated warm and cozy. Mario, Bianca and the staff are extremely friendly and generous. Very attentive to our needs. Extremely well located.

Cons:

There is absolutely nothing we didn’t like.

Absolutely fantastic couple who run the property. So welcoming and helpful. Made you feel really at home. Oasis as you enter the property from the street. Highly recommend

Lovely building with friendly hosts
Pros:

Delicious filling and nutritious breakfasts, attentive owners with good restaurant recommendations, convenient location, beautiful building. There was also a large jug of purified water available at all times. Pretty perfect!

Cons:

It would always be nice to have fewer stairs, but that’s how these historic buildings are made.

I don't understand why it's rated only 9.9 and not 10
Pros:

The place is beautiful, the room is huge and comfortable but on top the hosts are the kindest couple which does everything to make you feel at home. We enjoyed every minute there.

Charming Historic Stay In Old Town Quito
Pros:

Mario and his wife Blanca are so warm and welcoming. Casa El Eden is beautiful with high ceilings, lots of detail and a central skylight. Well located on the edge of the historic center so easy walk

Cons:

The room was overall great but we didn’t love that the shower/sink was in the main room so limited privacy

Einfach alles! Super tolle Gastgeber! Immer da und hilfsbereit! Gutes Frühstück. Schöne und große Zimmer. In der Altstadt alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Es war wirklich ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt!

By far the best place in Quito to stay….
Pros:

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Hosts are amazing. Rooms are lovely and the breakfast excellent. All the staff are only too pleased to help with any issues or questions.

A great choice I would highly recommend
Pros:

The room was large and charming. Mario made you feel very welcome and was in hand to help us with every little request. The breakfast was very tasty. Things like a little chocolate provided each helped make the place very special.. The room was quiet and yet we were only 8 minutes walk from the main square in the old town..I would highly recommend this place.

Cons:

Maybe the flight of stairs to the room, which was challenging on the first day in Quito, but this didn't detract from Casa El Eden being an exceptional place to stay.
