Great Stay
Pros:

Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very central, close to many restaurants and shops. The room was clean and comfortable. Good air con and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The room was quite small, there isn’t a great deal of space to put bags or unpack clothes. The shower cubicle is tiny where you’re quite restricted. This isn’t a huge issue though and wouldn’t put me off booking again.

Cons:

O quarto era ao lado do elevador e a movimentação no corredor fazia barulho no quarto a porta poderia ser anti-ruído igual a janela

Ótima estadia.
Pros:

O pessoal do Hotel é simpatico e atencioso. A localização é excelente. Pudemos fazer muitas atrações a pé. Especialmente as atrações que nos interessavam.

Cons:

O elevador não estava funcionando até o andar térreo e e isso obrigou-nos a subir até o primeiro andar pelas escadas com malas e sem ajuda.

Ich würde das Hotel dennoch gerne wieder buchen.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat die beste Lage, die man haben kann. Es ist direkt im Zentrum an der Einkaufsstraße und man ist innerhalb von fünf Gehminuten am Wasser. Man hat den zentralen Platz für die wichtigen Busse Bahnen alles bei sich. Das Personal ist super lieb und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sehen etwas älter aus, aber es ist alles total sauber bequem und angenehm.

Cons:

Leider hatte das Hotel große Aufzug Probleme. Auch nachdem wir es mehrmals gemeldet haben, hat sich nichts getan. Wir mussten vier Tage lang, jeden Tag die Treppen zum vierten Stock hoch laufen, weil der Aufzug nie funktioniert hat und wir sind einmal sogar ohne Licht fast stecken geblieben. Am letzten Tag mussten wir unser ganzes Gepäck zum lagern nach oben tragen und auch wieder runter. Wenn man so viel Geld bezahlt, erwartet man, dass wenigstens der Aufzug funktioniert ohne Angst haben zu müssen.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor quality and not much for vegetarians/vegans.
Lift is extremely small and kept getting stuck on different floors
Paint missing, and dingy inside the rooms. Does not look at all like the pictures

Pros:

Great location, even if it was on a busy street you would barely hear anything from the street during the night.

Cons:

The rooms are a little bit outdated and is in need of a refresh, also the elevator did not feel safe at all and we almost got stuck in it.

Interesting stay in the heart of Lisbon, unfortunately a lot of construction
Pros:

Portugal was playing Columbia FIFA cup and the revelries went on from 9 PM to 3 AM We were on the 4th floor so sound was not too bad except for one idiot who kept driving around blowing his horn We had to depart before breakfast but the room for eating was well set with linens and such My accomplice had a capuchin made at 2 AM by the host on the desk Lots of hot water, realitively cool drinkable water and good A.C.

Cons:

We asked for an early check in as we had to depart our cruise and although not exactly what we asked for (12 noon) were in our room by just after 1 PM Open users of drugs and homeless? sleeping in front of the hotel.
