Very nice hotel, would stay again.
Pros:

Lovely clean hotel close to all amenities, lake, funicular, trains, buses, ferries, short walk to city centre. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

No elevator/lift and small room but we were only staying one night and were travelling light so that was not an issue for us.

Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht!
Immerhin ist man in Como direkt am See mit Frühstück und dieses Hotel bietet für €25 / Tag einen Tiefgaragen Parkplatz an!)
Die 3 Sterne sind wenn mal alles mit einbezieht auch ok. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude Ausrichtung Garten und im Erdgeschoß.
Für mich war es Top ( ruhig und kühl ) für meine Freundin eher nicht so schön.
Man muss aber sagen für die kurze Dauer wo man mit offenen Augen im Zimmer ist reicht es völlig aus. Für Instagram View muss man halt mehr hinblättern.

Dusche und WC sind in Ordnung
Lage:
ist TOP, Frühstück genießt man den Seeblick, und in die Altstadt sind es quasi 50m zu Fuß.

Frühstück:
die breite des Frühstücks entspricht der Hotel Kategorie; Kaffee wurde in allen Varianten angeboten und auch nachgereicht!
und ist somit, da es im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen ist, Fair!

daher Preis / Leistung 10/10

Einziges Manko der Käse beim Frühstück gab nur Toastkäse

Good but noisy
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

We didn't like the fact that we got charged automatically for our stay when we checked in. We weren't asked how we would like to pay - they just automatically charged our credit card - we wanted to pay in Euro's cash.
Also the location is convenient however extremely noisy and we struggled to sleep even with the window closed. It only quietened around 1am and started up again around 7am

Pros:

The room was cleaned properly and was spacious, good location to the center town only 10 minutes walking

Cons:

Breakfast was not good and did not look fresh, our room was off to the side (not apart of the hotel) which we did not know about, the hotel is very outdated and old so we dont think it was worth the price
