Tres bien mais il pourrait y avoir plus de spécialités de viennoiseries norvégiennes ( à la place des croissants et chocolatines)

Pros:

Great location to explore Tromso and for all the excursions. Hotel staff were very helpful. Very happy with hotel after we were moved to a full size room.

Cons:

The initial room provided was very small, due to the shape of the hotel having narrow edges, and we had to request a move. Booking via a third party was given as an excuse. We were moved and our new room was very comfortable. The sky bar, advertised quite prominently was not open at all during our mid week stay.

The gym is not inside the hotel. The pull out sofa bed in the family room is not comfortable and squeaky

Breakfast was wonderful with a huge variety, free tea and coffee always available in the lobby, the location is absolutely perfect and view from the superior double room I booked was super picturesque. Staff very friendly and helpful left our luggage there after checkout.

Cons:

The TV in the room didn’t work for viewing at all, supposed to be a SMART TV but didn’t work, no phone in the room to call down to reception.

Fabulous, friendly hotel with the most amazing breakfast and kind staff.
Pros:

Central location, really friendly staff and very well kept hotel, including rooms. Booked a sea view as an extra and valued every moment of that upgrade - fabulous view across to mainland. Breakfast was generous, hugely varied in choice and of superb quality. Would highly recommend.

Posizione e colazione top! Ottima la pulizia

Cons:

In una delle due camere avevamo un bagno piccolo e scomodo con un lavandino largo circa 20 cm: IMPOSSIBILE utilizzarlo per lavare viso senza far cadere acqua per terra ed estremamente scomodo!
