Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht zu übertreffen.
Das Personal war stets freundlich und das Hotel sauber.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war von guter Qualität und es hatte für alle etwas dabei.

Cons:

An einem Abend fand eine Feier statt, von welcher man die Musik teilweise im Zimmer hören konnte. Für Leute mit einem leichten Schlaf könnte das etwas störend sein.

Leider war unser Zimmer auf der Rückseite, die Vorderseite hat jedoch sicher eine tolle Aussicht auf den Hafen - aber wir haben das Zimmer auch nicht der Aussichtshalber gebucht.

Pros:

Posizione fantastica. A due minuti a piedi dal centro e praticamente sotto l'hotel sono partite le nostre escursioni per l'aurora boreale, la slitta trainata dagli husky, e la barca per la minicrociera notturna nei fiordi. Camera ampia con vista magnifica sul mare e sulla cattedrale artica. Struttura moderna e pulita. Ottima colazione!

Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la montagne. L'équipement très fonctionnel. On a pu voir des aurores boréales de la fenêtre de notre chambre. Le buffet est fabuleux et le personnel incroyable. Presque tout est accessible à pied. Des bons restaurants, des magasins etc...Je reviendrais cerrainement en été. Je garde d'excellents souvenirs de mon séjour.

Pros:

L’emplacement, la deco du hall d’entrée, le petit déjeuner

Cons:

J’avais demandé 3 vrais lits pour 3 adultes et malheureusement un des lits était un canapé lit. Le confort n’est pas identique à un vrai lit.

Avoid the Edge, stay at the Radisson Blu!
Pros:

It was a scenic location

Cons:

1). Breakfast on Friday morning was chaotic. It was so busy that it took us 10 minutes to find a free table and chairs. Then it was just a scrum of people trying to get food. It wasn't a pleasant experience at all. My friends had a similar experience but then all of the food was taken away at 9:30 am, not good and too early for a tourist hotel.
2). Our room was very small with very little storage space and just a single chair.
3). There were not enough lifts for such a big hotel (only 3 ). One was out of order on Saturday and Sunday. We had to use the stairs from the 5th floor to get to the breakfast room.
4). There was a teenagers party on Saturday night with lots of drunk people and very loud music. The police arrived at 10:45 to manage the situation. One man went outside to be sick at the hotel entrance. The loud music could be heard until midnight.
5). The hotel lobby bar closed at 11:00 when there were guests trying to get drinks (despite the paty continuing until midnight). However the barman served his friend with 2 drinks at 11:15.

Great hotel
Pros:

Location is very nice, just 5 minutes from city center and 2 minutes from mall.
Amazing view from our suit, enough furniture to enjoy this view with comfort. Comfy bed and pillows. Real green plants in the room. Love it!
Excellent and friendly staff everywhere.
Huge and delicious breakfast with a lot of space for sitting. Meat, fish, cheese, eggs, Jogurt, non-gluten options, fresh bread and butter, fresh vegetables and fruits, nice choice of hot and cold drinks….
Room was very clean, good towels and Rituals cosmetics in room.
We enjoyed our stay! For sure l, when we will come to Tromso again, we will choose this hotel without any doubt ❤️

Cons:

It’s not negative, just would like to have a bit more powerful hairdryer without needing to hold button all time.
