zklamaní ....podle mně spiš 3*

Po přečtení hodnocení jsem si zvolila ubytovaní kvůli recenzím a nabízené výbavě hotelu ,jako klady vidím : dobra poloha hotelu, blízko nádraží a v docházkové vzdálenosti od starého města, čajový/kávový set na pokoji, celkem dobra matrace

Cons:

Co se týče pokoje: úklid nedostatečný, zubní pasta na plastových( růžových!!!) kelímcích v koupelně, ihned několik chlupu v okolí wc, načaty nekompletní kosmeticky set, pantofle na pokoji pouze 1x,melky prach v celým pokoji, pocit že před ubytováním neproběhla kontrola a odstraněni nedostatku, nepohodlné polštáře, matrace ustlaná povlakem na deku ,přes boky byla vidět matrace( alespoň se dalo nahlídnout na stav), v koupelně nefungoval ventilátor, po výměně pokoje s moznosti otevřít na větraní okno(manžel trpí úzkosti když to nejde),v jinem pokoji zas fučel ventilátor na plné obrátky non stop, v koupelně díky tomu byla zima, a v noci to rušilo spánek.
Naprosto mizerna snídaně, malý vyber, neustále něco chybělo, bud lžíce, pak zas hrnky na kávu, na dezert v mise byly nasypané kupované sušenky a občas i pečivo....zklamaní.
Největším zklamáním však bylo to že před rezervaci (měsíc před příjezdem)nebylo někde uvedeno že wellness bude uzavřeno na rekonstrukci!!!! a je to zásadní info, protože jsem po celodenním chozeni po městě počítala že tam večer zrelaxuji, pokud bych to věděla předem zvolím jiné ubytovaní. Za celou dobu(4 nocí) jsem nezaznamenala přítomnost manažeru ....nedivím se nízké kvalitě..
Jelikož jsem v minulosti jako manažer v hotelu pracovala-doporučují vedeni se nad mými poznatky zamyslet. Dekují
