It was clean, tidy, staff very friendly and helpful will use again.
Pros:

It was in easy reach of the stadium where we were attending a concert, easily excess able for the tube and other transport.

Cons:

The only thing that was abit disappointing were the glass doors to the bathroom, didn’t give any privacy, people in room could see anyone using the bathroom.

Cons:

They had a fire alarm that wasn’t due to a mistake at 3.45am!! I booked for 29th May to June 3rd .. tried adjusting it to June 1st to 5th .. there was a disparity if 300 pounds and of course because they didn’t want to do a refund ..they stated it was a no . .. i couldn’t reschedule. I personally think and it’s fraudulent and poor customer service

Great stay at the Novotel, Wembley.
Pros:

All staff were very polite and friendly.
The location was perfect and our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast was great too.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have breakfast included in the price.
I wish I had booked our stay directly with the hotel as I wouldn't have paid so much.
I will remember this next time.

A perfect and affordable option in the area
Pros:

A perfect room very well located and really close-up to the tube and Wembley Arena. The staff was very thoughtful and helpful.

Cons:

A minor incident, not a fault of the hotel, with a client tha smoked in the room and set off the fire alarm at 4am, causing an evacuation. Maybe the hotel could offer one or two hours of late checkout. Or maybe a better detection system that would be more precise in the identification of the problem before making us evacuate. Well, after saying all these, I should add that it is better safe than sorry.
