Cons:

Bathroom was a bit dated and toilet seat not on properly, every time someone flushed the toilet the pipes in the wall of the bathroom made a loud noise

Home away from home, excellent staff and food.
Pros:

We just returned from an incredible stay and cannot recommend this hotel enough! From check-in, the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, setting the tone for a wonderful trip. We were so appreciative of the room upgrade, which was spacious, pristine, and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was truly delicious, with fresh options and attentive service. Thank you to the entire team especially Mr. Sree, Troye, Predrag for making our stay so memorable—we cannot wait to return

I’ll stay here every time I visit London.
Pros:

Really good location as a base for exploring London due to the close proximity to Wembley Park station. Also great location if visiting Wembley stadium or Pixar Mundo, and there are lots of shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like.
