Very spacious room, great bathroom, and very comfortable bed.

Cons:

As with a lot of hotel rooms these days, the aircon was blasting out cold air on arrival (on a cold and rainy day) and it's always the first thing that needs sorting!

not impressed ended up spending way more money then i needed to

breakfast was nice only positive thing i remember

Cons:

turned up at checkin time to be told the room was not ready, after 2 hours of waiting the room was ready to which we then had to literally drop our bags in the room and catch a taxi to the o2 arena as we missed our trains at a cost of 50.00 on top of that booked a room with a view of the bridge,, ended up with a room at the back with a view of some boats on a dock
