Espaço e conforto, água de cortesia.

Cons:

O serviço de lavanderia levou 2 dias pra entregar, tive que cobrar pra receber as roupas.
Não tem frigobar nem petiscos na lojinha, mas tem na recepção.

Según mi opinión, fue una excelente elección.
Pros:

Un excelente desayuno, completo, con productos de muy buena calidad y con una ubicación del desayunador/Restaurante, que tiene una vista hermosa.
Una esmerada atención del personal.
Una amplia habitación, que siempre la mantuvieron muy bien aseada. Dentro de ella hay siempre agua mineral , café y té de cortesía .

Cons:

El desayuno fue un desastre, lleno de gente, sin espacio suficiente y sin rotación adecuada de los alimentos.
El bar cierra muy temprano, sobre todo considerando que era un fin de semana especial.

Buena atención, habitación bastante cómoda, buen desayuno, buena ubicación

Me gustó la piscina que sea temperada pero tampoco tan caliente estaba perfecta pero creo q con el sol provoca más tomarse un traguito ahí y más ambiente. Para invierno s estaba perfecto. Buena ubicación, buen desayuno pero no me gustó que llegando 11 pm terraza toda oscura deberían aprovecharla más mejor ambiente y atender una barra ahí y si es muy tarde aunque sea algunos focos prendidos nos dió mala onda verlo asi

Sentí los ambientes bastante fríos no acogedores. Mejorar iluminación terraza y servicios en terraza no están aprovechando ese espacio que tienen una vista tan bonita.

Nice stay in Santiago with a view of the Andes.
Pros:

Superb view of the Andrs mountains from our room due to the full size windows

Cons:

The rules about IVA. I expected to pay with my USDollar Debit Card but that was not possible. Had to pay with a Credit Card (Brazil) which cost me axtra 3,5% Brazilian Financial tax, unexpected. Hyatt should make very clear about IVA rules in their website.

Cons:

Cobran $4500 por el servicio de room service, primera vez que me pasa algo así.
El check in fue eterno, muy lenta la atención.
Ascensores distintos para todo. Para ir del estacionamiento hay que salir del hotel y tomar un ascensor que se encuentra afuera.
En la noche ruido de las cañerías del baño.
