Muy buenas las instrucciones

Cons:

Reservamos 10 habitaciones, ya que era nuestro matrimonio, informamos al hotel y nos dieron la pieza más pequeña, lo que nos obligó a cambiar la de habitación para que la novia se arregle.

De la habitación la cama

Cons:

El desayuno ; lentísimo; sin mesas y mucha demora en la reposición de las cosas; habian tazones y vasos de cartón para el café ; no habian tazas eso fue alas 9.15 .

El baño de la habitación sin amenities ; muy basico.


Ocurrió una situación desagradable ; el chek out era hasta las 12.00 y a las 10.45 habrío la puerta una camarera a realizar aseo del dormitorio ; al parecer golpeó 1 vez ; nosotros no escuchamos (la habitación era pequeña) y estábamos aún con mi marido en la habitación ; se asomó y cerró nuevamente sin decir nada . Le preguntamos que necesitaba y dijo si queríamos realizar aseo y le dijimos no ya que debiamos hacer el check out.
Me pareció muy mal esa invasión.; nadie nos dijo nada ni siquiera una disculpa.

Tolle Lage, insgesamt gut, aber mit ein paar Abstrichen.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt günstig in Vitacura, fussläufig zu vielen Cafés, Läden und Restaurants. Toller Blick in die Berge und schöne Terrasse ganz oben.

Cons:

Das Personal war zwar überwiegend freundlich, aber der Service war an vielen Stellen etwas holprig. Der Check-in hat sehr lang gedauert, das Sofabett war nicht gemacht, als wir ankamen und das Housekeeping, schien etwas genervt davon, dass sie das Bett noch machen mussten. Beim Frühstück war das Personal unterbesetzt und an dem Wochenendtagen, war vieles am Buffet vergriffen und das Nachfüllen dauerte lang. Der Pool ganz oben ist toll, leider waren die Scheiben so angelaufen, dass man den tollen Blick gar nicht sehen konnte.
Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut, aber wir hatten von einem Hyatt etwas mehr erwartet.
