Que abrieron mi puerta de habitacion mientras dormia, menos mal tenia puesto el seguro metalico. La explicacion de lq gerente tardia y poco creible.

Todo! Era muy cómodo, estaba limpio y las instalaciones en general estaban en buen estado.
No hay algo que no me haya gustado, pero siento que entre el personal del hotel no tenían mucha comunicación entre ellos para entregarles la información a los huéspedes.

La experiencia fue muy buena, todo el personal fue amable siempre. La limpieza diaria es destacable y el hotel está en un sector muy bueno y seguro. Hay restaurantes muy buenos cerca como el Bidasoa, lo recomiendo mucho.
El desayuno es promedio, está bien, pero no es espectacular para los estándares de un hotel así. El último día había muy poco personal atendiendo el desayuno y estaban las mesas sucias y faltaban muchas cosas.
Durante el desayuno al parecer había personal del hotel tomando desayuno y hablaban fuerte todos los días.
