La puerta del baño no cierra bien, es de vidrio y se desliza, y siempre queda abierta.

Nosso quarto tinha vista para as montanhas, o que deixou a experiência ainda mais aconchegante. 🏔️❤️ Os lençóis estavam impecáveis: limpos, cheirosos e extremamente confortáveis.
E o café da manhã? Simplesmente perfeito! Tudo uma delícia e tornou a estadia ainda mais especial.
Ter café da manhã e estacionamento inclusos também fez toda a diferença. Foi um verdadeiro sucesso!
Com certeza voltarei mil vezes mais. Amamos a experiência! ❤️

Me gusto la ubicación, un sector muy tranquilo y la vista a las montañas es espectacular.
Realmente todo me gustó.
La piscina temperada la encontré muy rica y muy buena. Con suficientes toallas etc.
La ducha también muy rica con presión buena temperatura del agua y la vista espectacular.
Comimos en la noche en el hotel y pedí un barros luco y venía con muchísimo ajo. El barros luco no se prepara con ajo y este solo tenía gusto a Ajo.
La ubicación es buena, pero la señalización para llegar es confusa. No hay un letrero claro en el edificio que indique que ese es el Hotel.

Check in MUY lento, desayuno amplio pero de baja calidad, TV no es Smart, aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien en el cuarto.
Encuentro que la ubicación es buena y el hotel muy limpio.
Un TOTAL DESASTRE EL FRONT DESK. En mi llegada, 3 personas en la recepción hablando de sus cosas sin siquiera saludar, pasaron 20 minutos de verme con mi hija de 5 años y les consulte si era el lugar correcto para c. In solo me dijeron que si. Cuando se dispusieron a recepcionarme tardaron mas de 20 minutos. Necesite preguntar donde era el estacionamiento, los horarios, de desayuno, el wifi...hasta como llegar a mi habitación. Cero datos. Me confirmaron un late c. out y la mañana que debia irme me molestaron 3 veces pidiendo que dejara la habitación. En otra oportunidad pedí que me enviaran toallas y me llego cualquier cosa. Una pena!
Disappointing stay. Cold and unwelcoming . All the acs are locked and managed centrally. The rooms got really hot and had to call someone in the middle of night to adjust the temperature
